The Connects2 D-UNI-SWC.3 steering wheel control adapter connects factory steering wheel controls to an aftermarket multimedia unit in compatible vehicles with CAN-Bus or analogue systems. It retains the use of the steering wheel controls and the factory date, time and temperature displays. It also supports telephone buttons in selected vehicles.

Connection is made using the corresponding CAN-Bus or analogue signal cables, and configuration is carried out using the DIP switches, depending on the vehicle. A separate cable is required to connect the adapter to the aftermarket unit; this cable is selected according to the unit’s brand.
