If Amoiridis Savvidis S.A. is a serious representative, they should immediately withdraw this product. Since there are so many negative comments, ALL these specific radiators are defective... they are useless. The last three panels also need another body to warm up as they remain frozen. And when it works for hours at full power, the thermostat reaches only about 50%-60%. I believe it cannot even heat a bathroom or a telephone booth. Unfortunately, when I bought it, it was early (Black Friday) and there were no comments like these, I opened it during the holidays (Zenobia) and immediately took it to the representative. It has been about 10 days, I will update on the progress..
Update: I received the radiator again, the damage is in the thermostat contact, you need to take it to the representative because the performance has improved significantly after the service. However, the thermostat still cannot reach 100%, it reaches about 80-85%, while the temperatures it reaches on the body are significantly lower than a similar Delonghi radiator I have. That's why I'm giving it a rating of 2 stars, it is still relatively disappointing but at least it produces some heat...
Εάν η Αμοιρίδης Σαββίδης Α.Ε. είναι σοβαρή αντιπροσωπία θα πρέπει να αποσύρει άμεσα το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν. Εφόσον είναι τόσα πολλά τα αρνητικά σχόλια ΟΛΑ τα συγκεκριμένα καλοριφέρ είναι ελαττωματικά ..είναι για πέταμα . Οι τρεις τελευταίες φέτες χρειάζονται κ αυτές ένα άλλο σώμα για να ζεσταθούν καθώς μένουν παγωμένες . ενώ όταν δουλεύει για ώρες στο full ο θερμοστάτης πιάνει περίπου το 50%-60% . Θεωρώ ότι δεν μπορεί να ζεστάνει ούτε wc αλλά ούτε κ τηλεφωνικό θάλαμο . Δυστυχώς όταν το αγόρασα ήταν νωρίς(Black Friday) κ δεν υπήρχαν τα παρακάτω σχόλια , το άνοιξα στις γιορτές(Ζηνοβία) κ αμέσως μετά το πήγα στην αντιπροσωπία . Έχουν περάσει περίπου 10 μέρες , θα ενημερώσω για την εξέλιξη..
Ενημέρωση : Παρέλαβα πάλι το καλοριφέρ , η βλάβη είναι στον θερμοστάτη επαφής , πρέπει να το πάτε στην αντιπροσωπία διότι μετά το service έχει βελτιωθεί η απόδοση του αισθητά . Όμως κ πάλι ο θερμοστάτης δεν μπορεί να πιάσει το 100% πιάνει περίπου 80-85% ενώ με μέτρηση με θερμόμετρο πάνω στο σώμα οι θερμοκρασίες που πιάνει είναι υπερβολικά χαμηλότερες από αντίστοιχο καλοριφέρ της delonghi που έχω . Για αυτό ανεβάζω την βαθμολογία σε 2 αστέρια , κ πάλι είναι σχετικά απογοητευτικό αλλά τουλάχιστον βγάζει κάποια ζέστη...
