    At first, I used it as the packaging suggests, but once, probably due to my own mistake (I let it dry too much), it caused me inflammation and I suffered for months until the pimples went away. Now I only apply it on my nose and I think it does a very good job of cleansing compared to other products I have tried. I recommend it, but with caution, if you forget and let it dry too much, it is better to remove it with water rather than pulling it off.
