Bought 5 years ago on a black Friday, along with an Inventor Eva2. After 4 years of use, the DeLonghi stopped collecting moisture. I took it for service 3 days ago and they told me it needs a humidity sensor replacement, costing 45€ with labor. I will fix it because it's worth it, it's a powerful machine, although not quiet... it makes quite a noise, but it collects a lot of moisture, it has a large container. When it gets repaired, I will come back with new updates.

20/12/2022 Επειτα απο επικοινωνια με την αντιπροσωπεία της Delonghi μου προταθηκε να τον στειλω στο κεντρικό service. Τελικά ολα πηγαν....οπως και τις προηγουμενες φορες. Ο αφυγραντηρας εχει το ιδιο πρόβλημα απο το πρωτο λεπτό λειτουργίας.....

The tank is large and does not need to be emptied frequently. The noise for a compressor dehumidifier is normal. The adjustment is made in tens, which limits you. It plays plus three. Meaning, if you set it to 60, it cuts off at 57 and then goes back up to 63. It is a sturdy machine. It is good for 230€, but not more. The watts are not few, so be careful with excessive use. Set it at 50, ideally at 60, to avoid crying over the electricity bill. It is indifferent but elegant. There is no antibacterial filter, only a dust filter similar to an air conditioner filter that needs to be cleaned once a week if used normally.

Δλδ αν το βάλεις στο 60, κόβει στο 57 και ξαναπαίρνει στο 63. Στιβαρό μηχάνημα. Στα 230€ είναι καλά αλλά όχι παραπάνω. Τα watt δεν είναι και λίγα οπότε προσοχή στην αλόγιστη χρήση. Ρύθμιση στο 50, ιδανικά στο 60 για να μην κλάψετε με την ΔΕΗ. Αδιάφορο μεν αλλά κομψός. Εγώ με αρχική υγρασία στο 60-65% θέλω 40% σε λιγότερο από 10 ώρες το έχει φτάσει και θέλει 24 ώρες να γεμίσει το δοχείο.
Αλλά κάνει θόρυβο και μάλιστα έντονο.
Καλύτερα να είναι σε ένα άλλο δωμάτιο όσο κοιμάσαι με ανοιχτές πόρτες για να απορροφά.
It seems to do the job, however, the hygrometer must have a deviation of ~5 degrees, also the levels of desired humidity are adjusted every 10.

At home, it quickly reduces humidity. When it's working at full capacity, it sounds as loud as an air conditioner. Once it reaches the desired humidity level, it stops. In one night, it extracted 4 liters of water. It is connected to the drainage system and all the buttons are touch-sensitive.
On 17/1/21, the humidity measurement started to have a significant difference from the actual humidity, resulting in the dehumidifier not starting when the humidity is at 63% because the dehumidifier shows 30%.
On 25/1/21, the company extended the warranty to all models and replaced the humidity sensor under warranty. Now everything is fine.
On 26/9/22, there is again a problem with the humidity sensor. It has become tiresome. I don't think I would buy it again.
Σε σπίτι 100 τετραγωνικά κατεβάζει γρήγορα την υγρασία , όταν δουλεύει φουλ ακούγεται όσο το κλιματιστικό όταν πιάσει την επιθυμητή υγρασία σταματάει, σε ένα βράδυ μου έβγαλε 4 λίτρα νερό, συνδέεται κ στη αποχέτευση, όλα τα κουμπιά είναι touch.
17/1/21 Σιγά σιγά η μέτρηση υγρασίας έχει αρχισει να εχει μεγάλη διαφορά από την πραγματική με αποτέλεσμα να μην ξεκινάει η αφυγρανση όταν έχω 63% υγρασία διότι ο αφυγραντηρας δείχνει 30 % .
25/1/21 η εταιρεία έχει κάνει επέκταση εγγύησης σε όλα τα μοντέλα, μου αντικαταστάτισαν στην εγγύηση τον αισθητηρα υγρασίας κ τώρα όλα καλά.
26/9/22 πάλι πρόβλημα στον αισθητήρα υγρασίας, έχει γίνει κουραστικό πια. Δεν νομίζω να τον ξανά αγόραζα.

Ρύθμιση στο 50, ιδανικά στο 60 για να μην κλάψετε με την ΔΕΗ. Αδιάφορο μεν αλλά κομψός. Αντιβακτηριακό φίλτρο δεν υπάρχει, παρά μόνο ένα φίλτρο σκόνης τύπου κλιματιστικού που πρέπει να καθαρίζεται μια φορά την εβδομάδα αν τον δουλεύεται νορμάλ.
For one year it worked satisfactorily. Then the humidity sensor broke and always showed below 30, which is the minimum for it to function, so it didn't work at all. We didn't realize it immediately, as it happened towards the end of winter with full heating, and we assumed that the humidity was indeed low. Now in the autumn, however, we measured externally and found the problem. We are waiting for the spare part for my husband to fix it. I would like it to have more options in humidity adjustment. Although it doesn't have any particular problem, if I were to buy now, I would look for someone else.
Για ένα χρόνο δούλεψε ικανοποιητικά. Μετά χάλασε ο αισθητήρας υγρασίας και έδειχνε πάντα κάτω από 30 που είναι και το ελάχιστο για να λειτουργεί, οπότε και δεν λειτουργούσε καθόλου. Δεν το καταλάβαμε αμέσως, μια και συνέβη προς το τέλος του χειμώνα με φουλ θέρμανση και υποθέσαμε ότι όντως είναι χαμηλή η υγρασία. Τώρα το φθινόπωρο όμως μετρήσαμε εξωτερικά και βρήκαμε το πρόβλημα. Αναμένουμε το ανταλλακτικό για να το επισκευάσει ο σύζυγος. Θα ήθελα να έχει περισσότερες επιλογές στη ρύθμιση υγρασίας. Αν και δεν έχει κάποιο ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα, αν αγόραζα τώρα θα κοίταζα για κάποιον άλλον.

With an initial humidity of 60-65%, it reaches 40% in less than 10 hours and takes 24 hours to fill the container.
But it makes noise, and quite loud at that.
It's better to have it in another room while you sleep with the doors open for absorption.

Το δοχείο έχει επάρκεια χώρου, ανάλογα με την αρχική υγρασία και σε τι επίπεδο θέλεις να το κατεβάσεις.
Εγώ με αρχική υγρασία στο 60-65% θέλω 40% σε λιγότερο από 10 ώρες το έχει φτάσει και θέλει 24 ώρες να γεμίσει το δοχείο.
Αλλά κάνει θόρυβο και μάλιστα έντονο.
Καλύτερα να είναι σε ένα άλλο δωμάτιο όσο κοιμάσαι με ανοιχτές πόρτες για να απορροφά.
It seems to do the job, however, the hygrometer must have a deviation of ~5 degrees, also the levels of desired humidity are adjusted every 10.

I bought the device in 2019 and now the humidity sensor doesn't work, it is stuck at 26% permanently without collecting moisture. Beautiful yes, but what could be more useless... DO NOT BUY IT

At home, it quickly reduces humidity. When it's working at full capacity, it sounds as loud as an air conditioner. Once it reaches the desired humidity level, it stops. In one night, it extracted 4 liters of water. It is connected to the drainage system and all the buttons are touch-sensitive.
On 17/1/21, the humidity measurement started to have a significant difference from the actual humidity, resulting in the dehumidifier not starting when the humidity is at 63% because the dehumidifier shows 30%.
On 25/1/21, the company extended the warranty to all models and replaced the humidity sensor under warranty. Now everything is fine.
On 26/9/22, there is again a problem with the humidity sensor. It has become tiresome. I don't think I would buy it again.
Σε σπίτι 100 τετραγωνικά κατεβάζει γρήγορα την υγρασία , όταν δουλεύει φουλ ακούγεται όσο το κλιματιστικό όταν πιάσει την επιθυμητή υγρασία σταματάει, σε ένα βράδυ μου έβγαλε 4 λίτρα νερό, συνδέεται κ στη αποχέτευση, όλα τα κουμπιά είναι touch.
17/1/21 Σιγά σιγά η μέτρηση υγρασίας έχει αρχισει να εχει μεγάλη διαφορά από την πραγματική με αποτέλεσμα να μην ξεκινάει η αφυγρανση όταν έχω 63% υγρασία διότι ο αφυγραντηρας δείχνει 30 % .
25/1/21 η εταιρεία έχει κάνει επέκταση εγγύησης σε όλα τα μοντέλα, μου αντικαταστάτισαν στην εγγύηση τον αισθητηρα υγρασίας κ τώρα όλα καλά.
26/9/22 πάλι πρόβλημα στον αισθητήρα υγρασίας, έχει γίνει κουραστικό πια. Δεν νομίζω να τον ξανά αγόραζα.

Bought 5 years ago on a black Friday, along with an Inventor Eva2. After 4 years of use, the DeLonghi stopped collecting moisture. I took it for service 3 days ago and they told me it needs a humidity sensor replacement, costing 45€ with labor. I will fix it because it's worth it, it's a powerful machine, although not quiet... it makes quite a noise, but it collects a lot of moisture, it has a large container. When it gets repaired, I will come back with new updates.

Do not buy it!! The humidity sensor has broken 3 times and we continue until the warranty expires and I throw it away. Get anything else except for this one. Yes, it has a nice design, yes, it has quality plastics, yes, it has a large container. BUT DO NOT BUY IT. It constantly shows 30% humidity and the result is that it stops working.
20/12/2022 After contacting Delonghi's representative, I was suggested to send it to the central service. In the end, everything went... just like the previous times. The dehumidifier has the same problem from the first minute of operation.
Μην το αγορασετε!! Εχει χαλασει 3 φορες ο αισθητηρας υγρασιας και συνεχιζουμε μεχρι να λήξει η εγγυηση και να τον πεταξω. Παρτε οτιδηποτε αλλο εκτος απο αυτόν. Ναι εχει ωραια σχεδιαση, ναι εχει ποιοτικά πλαστικά, ναι εχει μεγαλο δοχειο. ΑΛΛΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΟΝ ΑΓΟΡΑΣΕΤΕ. Δειχνει 30% υγρασια συνεχως το αποτελεσμα ειναι να σταματαει .
20/12/2022 Επειτα απο επικοινωνια με την αντιπροσωπεία της Delonghi μου προταθηκε να τον στειλω στο κεντρικό service. Τελικά ολα πηγαν....οπως και τις προηγουμενες φορες. Ο αφυγραντηρας εχει το ιδιο πρόβλημα απο το πρωτο λεπτό λειτουργίας.....
In general, it is good. The 25lt per day is probably unrealistic or measured under specific conditions. I appreciate that it takes a while to bring down the humidity. The tank is large and does not need to be emptied frequently. The noise for a compressor dehumidifier is normal. The adjustment is made in tens, which limits you. It plays plus three. Meaning, if you set it to 60, it cuts off at 57 and then goes back up to 63. It is a sturdy machine. It is good for 230€, but not more. The watts are not few, so be careful with excessive use. Set it at 50, ideally at 60, to avoid crying over the electricity bill. It is indifferent but elegant. There is no antibacterial filter, only a dust filter similar to an air conditioner filter that needs to be cleaned once a week if used normally.
