The water bottle is disproportionate to its appearance. The main thing is that it will not help you in any way to warm up, because no one takes a water bottle for that use. Δεν μπορείς να πιεις νερό , ακόμα και στο σπίτι σου , όταν είσαι σε νορμάλ φάση και αυτό γιατί η μέση ανθρώπινη μύτη ακουμπάει στο στόμιο και το μισο νερό πέφτει έξω εκτός και αν είσαι σούπερ προσεκτικός και πιεις γουλιά γουλιά και εκτείνοντας το κεφάλι προς τα πίσω να έχει κλίση . Δεν κρατάει το νερό δροσερό χάνει επί τόπου τη θερμοκρασία του , αρχίζει και ιδρώνει μέσα σε δευτερόλεπτα και μέχρι να φτάσει στο γυμναστήριο έχει χάσει περισσότερο από το 70% της ψύξης του και κάνει την τσάντα σου γεμάτη νερά . Μετά από διάδρομο , ή έντονο cardio , ξέχασε το να πιεις δεν σταθεροποιειται το στόμιο στα χείλη σου γιατί είναι τεράστιο ,πάλι πάνε όλα έξω. Πραγματικά, λυπήθηκα τα 15€ μαζί με τα μεταφορικά που έδωσα , δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά του και δεν σε βοηθάει στο γυμναστήριο αντίθετα σου τρώει χρόνο .
