They have very good performance both in bass and in more sensitive sounds. I play Apex and I can understand with great accuracy what is happening around me. Also, right now that I am wearing them, I am listening to music with the bass turned up and it is truly incredible, bravo! I wear them daily for at least 3-4 hours and my ears don't get tired (a little caution maybe if you wear long earrings because obviously they obstruct). Finally, I got them on sale that I found completely randomly, but even if you buy them at their regular price.. it's worth it! 10/10

I bought them from a well-known chain on offer for 80 euros, and although they have good build quality, sound isolation, and comfort, the problem they have due to the sound card is insurmountable. Practically, a solution I found to stop the sound distortion caused when combining two audio sources, such as gaming/music with voice chat/discord, is through the Windows sound settings by disabling chat. When this sound distortion occurs, it ruins the entire gaming experience, making them worthy of replacement with a headset with better software.

Former owner of HyperX Cloud2....as it is known, the Cloud 2 is an incredible headset for FPS games used by professionals. I can say that the Cloud Alpha S is even better in all aspects than the Cloud 2...you just have to get used to them specifically for FPS games...otherwise, in any other use, you will immediately realize that they were worth every penny.

To be honest, I didn't expect such a significant improvement in sound from the HyperX, since the Cloud 2, which is €10 cheaper, is considerably inferior to them, and these specific ones have a better color than the classic red (in my opinion). I would give them 4 stars, but the price and quality don't allow me to do so. I would tell you to get them blindly, but it depends on your budget. If you can spend an extra €20, you can go for the Logitech G Pro X, unless you don't care about the microphone, then go for the Blackout

It's good, I'm not saying it's not... but as far as the bass goes, it's not doing much... and as for the sound, it's only satisfactory with the 7.1 option, which is nothing more than a sound adjustment. Without this option, the sound is extremely low and it becomes like 3 euro headphones because you can't hear anything afterwards... as for the bass, even with the settings they have, you can barely hear it at full volume. I'm not even talking about having it at a moderate level or not having it at all, it's like it doesn't exist anywhere... I recommend it to everyone except those who want bass... I expected much more for the money they cost... 100 euros... in short, the same results as headphones that cost 20-30 euros... they just have good construction... that's it...!!!

I bought them after reading and seeing many foreign reviews, having also tried the first HyperX Cloud. The headphones are very good, I use them for many hours for music and gaming. The sound intensity is fine, I listen to music loudly but not to the point of deafening myself. I didn't expect anything special from the 7.1. Play with Dolby Atmos for headphones if you have the option for something better that works with all headphones. The isolation is impeccable, the build quality is amazing. The bass control works if you're interested in closing the bass, I always leave it open. The only negative thing I found is the short cable, but with the USB and the controller it becomes very long. Also, the cable comes out of the headphones and you can use another one, which was not possible with previous models. If you're not interested in bass control & 7.1, I think the HyperX Cloud Alpha is the same.

Regarding the cloud 2, they have 30% lower intensity, they left to return in 20 minutes, obviously it was terrible, the 7.1 was for celebration as if you were in a well, the tests were done in stereo mode which was supposed to deliver the maximum, it is unacceptable because if they had intensity because they have a cleaner sound in stereo than the cloud 2, they would have been amazing. I want to emphasize that I have a very good sound card Supreme FX S1220 codex which is the best for sound on a motherboard and it is the second time in my life after changing over 20 relatively expensive headsets that I have such a mess with headphones. I leave a possibility that it may have been defective, but for you not to see reviews from reputable sites, something smells fishy.
