On the 4th day, hypoglycemia crisis even though I don't have it, on the 5th day, diarrhea. Donarot didn't do these things, what can I say...

Very good product, but lately there is an issue with its deliveries. Skroutz. They delay 1 or 2 days to deliver, even though the package has arrived at its destination.

The knees still struggle on stairs, but I think in combination with hyacinth drink and a cream that I apply morning - night, they are tolerable.

Before Donaflex, there was Donarot which was recommended to me by an orthopedic doctor due to osteoarthritis, telling me that I should take it on a permanent basis with a one-month break every five to six months. After two months (if I remember correctly), I noticed the difference. I had absolutely no problem. I stopped for about six years without facing any issues again. Now... another orthopedic doctor recommended Donaflex to me because it has now replaced Donarot. The difference is that it has a lower concentration of the active ingredients it had, but another one has been added. I will now take it consistently so that I don’t have any surprises.

My orthopedic doctor told me definitely 800 mg of chondroitin daily. I found these in packets of 500 mg so I take two. It seems to be doing the job.

I had bought 2 packages of Solgar Meta-Flex Glucosamine Hyaluronic Acid Chondroitin Msm Shellfish Free and it was very effective for knee injury, but because the tablets were huge, I decided to try something else. Seeing the positive ratings on this product, I decided to give it a try. I won't comment on its effectiveness since I didn't take it, although I doubt if it would be effective considering the concentration levels it has, as they are very small compared to what I was taking. However, I will say that it contains a highly dangerous substance for health, which is maltodextrin! Unfortunately, I didn't know this before ordering it, but as soon as I realized it, I returned it. For those who don't know what maltodextrin is, they should do some research online and they will understand.

And I also started feeling better from quite a big injury due to continuous injuries.. to the point where I was in pain and couldn't easily climb stairs.... And it did a lot of work and I couldn't believe it!! When I stopped it, I made sure that it really worked and very much so and I will take it again!!!

I know how to say that my knee stopped hurting after an expensive treatment that, however, did not provide the expected results!!!! I started taking it out of desperation!!! I don't feel any pain!!! Coincidence??? Maybe!!!! I will take it again though!!!!

My doctor recommended it to me because I have knee joint pain from overusing the treadmill. I have seen a slight improvement but not dramatic. It is in powder form and easy to drink with a lemon flavor. Take one every day after a meal for 3 months and we'll see.
