Tantra is a great and ancient teaching. A key characteristic that distinguishes it from all other internal methods is that it fully accepts us in all our expressions and manifestations. Unlike other paths governed by the concepts of "good" and "evil" - and consequently by the spirit of renunciation and struggle - Tantra helps us find balance without the conflicts, divisions, and tensions created by society, morality, and culture. It is the relaxed and natural way.

"Without trying at all, simply by remaining relaxed and natural, you can break your bonds and thus gain Liberation." Mahamudra is the culmination of the Tantric Path. It is the absolutely natural state, the highest expression of being natural, yet with complete and continuous alertness and presence of your consciousness.
