It is poorly made from very cheap material, the cable is about to break, the instructions say one thing but it does another, I do not recommend it.

after about a year of use it breaks down but I buy one every year, now I have bought several, it works very well

I had the Senso BH23, which broke and unfortunately was withdrawn from the market; by chance, I came across this one that resembles it like an exact copy. The only flaw is that the recall sticks sometimes, but it catches on the second or third try, which I've gotten used to and it doesn't bother me much anymore. Other than that, it is excellent.

Everything is perfect, and what impressed me is the quality of the music and the bass, which are not headphones for this job

I have had it for almost 2 years. I see more negatives than positives.

1. Poor quality of the cable. It has broken in 4 places.
2. When you are talking on the phone and a third party calls you at the same time, it rings loudly in your ear and there is no way to disable the call, so you can't hear your speaker well while they are calling you. The same applies to the vibration. If you have vibration enabled and are talking to someone, when a third party calls you, the vibration will sound without you being able to stop it.
3. The battery does not last more than 1-2 days if you talk a lot on the phone.

On the first day, the button that retracts the headset broke without me even touching it!! Good connection with the phone

It's top-notch, wouldn't change it for anything. Strong vibration so you don't miss calls, battery life is worth it and more! Worth every penny!

Quite good for its price. You can't hear well when you call and it cuts off, but as soon as the other person picks it up, you can hear well.

Everything is fine but it's a matter of time either for their clip to break or for them to start having issues with their cable.

I have three of them, in two of them, in less than 2 years, their clip broke (I improvised a fix) and in one of them, the headphone cable is dying.

Even so, for me, they are the only ones I use for mobile conversations.

I bought it about a year ago. During this whole time, I had no issues. The connection with my phone was immediate, and I could hear the other person clearly. Until one day (about a month ago), the main button stopped working while I was on a call, so I couldn't end the call I was on, and obviously, I couldn't turn off the device either. I waited for the battery to run out, charged it, but due to the broken main button, it never turned on again.

The person I'm talking to doesn't hear me. While I had a similar one before and everything was fine, with the one I got now, they can't hear me...

It has a very strong vibration, so when you're talking and have a second call on hold, your caller hears the annoying sound of the vibration instead of you! Sometimes they can't hear me at all and I have to restart it. Other than that, it's pretty good.

I believe it is the most value-for-money product you can buy. After a year and a half, the light bulb stopped working, but it still functions properly. As for the clip, it has no issues, it doesn't break, but after 6 months of use, it suddenly starts exceeding the clip's limit. We simply put a drop of glue on the outer edge of the pin and the problem was permanently solved

Relatively satisfactory intensity, good sound quality, good headphone return to the initial position. The negative aspect is that the clip broke within the first two months and unfortunately at that moment I didn't touch it at all, it was attached to my shirt. While in the other areas I had no complaints, I consider it not worth it as a product.

Very good product for its price, there is just an issue with the clip, it needs to be handled carefully because it breaks easily. However, I am very satisfied with its performance

I have bought it twice and it is perfect in terms of connection with the phone and sound quality.
The problem lies in the clip. Both of them broke at the clip and you can't hang it afterwards. This happens over time and it's a shame for such a good Bluetooth to lose reliability because of this issue

I got it for a second one because I have the ixchange, about the same money BUT, it connects a little more difficult, it has a smaller battery, the clip has a metal piece that often came out of its position and I pushed it slightly to get in. It has a small connection range.
I would not choose it again

After 2 years, it withstands daily use. Apart from a wear on the cable, it is excellent for 8-hour use every day

For now, very good headset....the sound is very loud...it fits every type of ear because it has 3 different cushions inside. It is easy to wear...now time will show its durability. I hope it lasts...but for its price, it is very good!

Get something else. The headset, despite being small and fitting inside the ear, does not amplify the caller's voice as loudly as I would expect. Additionally, the way you press the button to answer or end a call is confusing.

At first, it didn't catch my eye. I come from using airpods and galaxy buds pro, which I had to replace due to work. I needed something that would only go in my ear during conversations and then be removed so I could hear properly.
It connected very easily. Everyone can hear me perfectly without me shouting, and I can hear everything clearly from the first moment. I use it for 10-15 calls in an 8-hour period and not once has anyone complained or have I missed something they said.
It is much better and hassle-free compared to headphones that cost twice as much.

After two months of continuous use, I have to say that there is no competitor for this price. Tremendous battery life, very clear sound, and flawless connectivity with iPhone 11 Pro Max.

There was a problem with the microphone from the first days - the speaker couldn't hear me while I could hear normally. Since the microphone is located in the main body, I consider it a microphone issue, although it could also be a durability issue.

As a first use, it seemed quite decent. Connection and immediate response to calls, fairly clear sound and unlimitedly powerful (be careful, it is excessively loud at maximum volume), the cable opens and returns without tangles, the power on/off button works very well.

Unfortunately, after 7 uses, the spring that holds the "clip" broke and essentially it cannot be used, not even in a pocket since the cable is short!

When I first saw it, it seemed very cheap, but it is actually very good in terms of functionality. The battery is very good. Both the microphone and the headphones are very good and never disconnect. I would buy it again, it's worth its money. Overall, all of these have very thin cables and they break after some time.

Excellent for those who don't like to have headphones in their ears all the time. It is the second one I am buying because I cut the cable of the first one while working. Its battery lasts up to 8 months and the performance decreases very slightly week by week with daily use of six days a week and 2 hours of talk time per day!

I have bought two of them, they fit me well and I can hear well both in speeches and in media. The problem is that the metallic "axis" that holds the earpiece broke in both of them. I solved it by using a paperclip and bending it slightly (holding it with my hands). However, it's not the best solution... for this to happen in the second week with both of them!!!

Excellent product, I don't know if the battery will last over time, but it lasts a long time during calls, at least three or four days. It charges very quickly and it also shows the battery percentage on the phone, which is very helpful. It has vibration, which I think is very useful when you want to be notified. I don't know, I am satisfied. I hope this helps you.

Very good choice, good headphone and microphone and powerful battery. Quite satisfied with the choice.
(I think it needs some economy in the use of the cord to last a long time. Don't "wrap and unwrap" it with every call. Let the cord hang if you talk often.)

Very good hands-free. It connects easily, your voice is heard very clearly by others and you hear the same, it has a long battery life and also has vibration. Impeccable in every way! Incredible value for money purchase. I bought two, one for myself and one for my wife. I highly recommend it.
