The subject of the study titled "Dealing with Cross-Border Insolvency of Corporate Groups in the European Union" is the detailed analysis of the available techniques in European law for addressing the insolvency of multinational corporate groups. Through the analysis of the case law from national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union, this study particularly examines the application of the terms "center of main interests" and "establishment" within the context of insolvency proceedings for groups and the enforcement of cooperation rules among their members, while also analyzing the new tools provided by Regulation (EU) 2015/848. In addition to the substantive law parameters examined, the analysis includes the procedural aspect of cross-border insolvency.
