  • If you happen to put the kitchen's eye on the top number, the bottom of the pot twists. It jumps out and starts bouncing ready to turn over.
You need to warm it up slowly and increase the temperature.
What a waste of money I spent!!!

It requires much fewer potatoes than its capacity, the handles of the basket turn and fall inside, and the necessary mixing is a problem

Just received it on 11/12/20 and decided to fry some potatoes. The handles inside the basket were so hot that I had to use other kitchen tools to take them out after frying the potatoes. As they came out of the basket and to secure them outside, the kitchen became a mess with oil everywhere. In short, if I can't figure out this trick with the handles that a lady mentioned, I won't use it again. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this company again!

Very good purchase compared to others that are expensive, but the issue is the handles that fall inside when frying. What you can do is take a pair of tongs and turn them upside down as a friend from here suggested, I tried it and now it's perfect.

When I first got it, I was disappointed because the handles are a major flaw that falls inside and I was about to remove the net, when I experimentally removed the handles from the net (with pliers) and turned them upside down! So they don't even fall inside like before and they are secured correctly on the rim. If the company had seen this mistake from the beginning, I would have given it 5 stars! I give it 3 stars because it's something I shouldn't have done myself!

For the money, you get a pot that works for all types of stoves, but for frying, you have to do acrobatics (literally) to remove the mesh from the oil. The handles fall into the oil, so in order to pull out the mesh with the fried food, you need two forks, a lot of ingenuity, and a lot of patience.

Update 11-01-2020: We finally realized that frying is much easier by eliminating the mesh and using a perforated spoon!
