This illustrated book describes in a conversational format the story of Per and Ida who are about to have a sibling.

Every form of cohabitation is strenuous and all families have their "dark" days where fatigue or anger takes over and nothing goes right. The same naturally happens with the Lindström family. By describing various emotional expressions such as anger, joy, jealousy, solidarity, we hope that both adults and children will understand that all kinds of emotions need to be expressed.

We also touched a bit on the pressure exerted by consumer society on families with children.

We want children to feel that they are taken seriously, that adults listen to them carefully and answer their questions, that they respect their toys. However, what we mainly aim for with this book is for both young and old to feel that sexuality is a natural and positive part of our lives.
