The "Review of Case Law" is the most comprehensive and modern work regarding the collection and processing of case law. Its aim is to provide timely and comprehensive information to legal professionals, as it directly informs them about case law, legislation, and scientific textbooks, thus simultaneously meeting the needs of judicial practice and scientific training. It is compiled by a specialized team of legal collaborators, who process the published decisions of all courts and branches of law from the 48 legal journals in circulation. The topics (entries) are presented in alphabetical order in two volumes, which are published promptly as soon as the legal journals of the last year are completed. Each entry includes all the decisions published on this topic in the last year, the applicable legislation, bibliography, publications, and an analytical alphabetical index referring to the relevant case law. At the end of each second volume, comprehensive alphabetical indexes refer to all the entries of the work, making it particularly useful and functional.
