The worst thing I have bought so far, I had it for 6 months, the thermostat would cut off within a minute, it couldn't even reach the slightest temperature. Until I took out the sensor and did my job somehow, until one night it started to smell something burnt. I jumped up and it was coming from this thing. The next day, I saw that the bakelite in the contacts of the resistance had melted. I sent it back and they told me it can't be fixed, they will give me another one

Apart from the fact that the machine does not perform (we live on an island so the temperatures are not particularly low), it does not heat up for any reason. It broke after 5 months of use. I went to the store where I bought it and they referred me to the dealership 3 weeks later, but I have not received any updates. I call them and they don't pick up. Unacceptable both the convector and their so-called service.

I do not recommend it under any circumstances. The heater has 3 available settings:
    1. Antifrost: it automatically activates when the desired room temperature (Θ.Χ.) reaches 5 degrees, which is never.
    2. Eco: it turns on the first level (1000W) until it reaches Θ.Χ. and then shuts off.
    3. Comfort: it turns on both levels (2000W) until it reaches Θ.Χ. and then allows one level to burn until it reaches +2 degrees from Θ.Χ.
The problem is that the thermostat is directly affected by the temperature of the device, as it quickly reaches the maximum desired temperature on the panel and shuts off or only allows the first level (1000W) to burn, resulting in poor performance (i.e. it takes a long time to reach a satisfactory room temperature and then barely reaches 20-21 degrees). On the other hand, it saves energy, as the device is mostly off :-) Unfortunately, there is no option on the panel to manually select a specific level and bypass this automation. "With a good oil radiator that I have, under similar conditions, at 1000W the room quickly reaches 22 degrees."
Also negative is that it does not save any settings. Meaning, if you turn it off, the next time you turn it on, you have to select the mode and desired Θ.Χ. again, and this, combined with the noise it makes with every button press, is incredibly annoying. Even with the use of the remote control, there is a deafening sound with every click.
The only positive is that it does not smell and does not dry the air like oil radiators.
Under no circumstances do I believe that this is a defective product. All of these issues are purely due to the construction of the product and, from what I understand, are common in many heaters on the market. I hope I helped!
