Can someone please tell me, it just fell backwards while it was operating and now the humidity level indicator at the front round part does not light up. How can this be fixed?

Friends recommended it to us, we bought it, and it has been working for almost 4 years, almost every day. We even took it to Germany so it could find its joy. Its performance hasn't changed at all. Simply, for its €240 price, it should have wifi as well. Now, regarding the filter, it's probably just decorative, but it fills the reservoir easily if there's humidity. I would say the modes don't really matter, you just set it to the level you want and it dries things from the first hour. Be careful with the high setting because it didn't leave a single plant alive, it killed them all.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied. I am in a place with a lot of humidity. Almost right on time, the problems started. I sent it to the company because it doesn't reduce the humidity at all based on the reading. They replaced everything, which was fine, but after 6 months, it developed faults on the screen. I took it to a specialized shop, and they told me some sensors would cost around €70. Suddenly, one morning I woke up, and the entire living room was flooded with water. Unfortunately, I opened the container, and it was not full of water but had a leak from somewhere else. I am still waiting for a repair. There are many problems, unfortunately

Maybe the best one on the market!! I've had it for 4 years day and night (only resting for 4 hours) in smart mode. And in between during the day, laundry mode to dry the clothes inside its closet.

Significant deviation from the humidity measuring instrument. It operates or stops at points it shouldn't. In 4 years, it had an issue with the water container. It shows that it is full even though I have emptied it. It no longer works for this reason. Apart from its good appearance and the likeable price when I bought it (220), it is not worth purchasing in any other case.

In the two years it stopped working. --> The device did not turn on during the third winter. I am waiting to see what the dealership will respond to me regarding the warranty.

Very good dehumidifier, initially it is beautiful in terms of design and does not ruin the aesthetics inside the house. It has an automatic program for the correct adjustment of humidity inside the house, without drying out the air excessively (however, someone can also adjust it themselves to the desired level). It has a laundry program for drying clothes (it has saved me especially during winter!!!!). The tank is large and does not fill up easily. Finally, it has an ionization system with a lamp (personally, I do not use it). Easily removable filters for cleaning them!!

I have been using it every day for three months. In a space of 30 sq. m., it reduces humidity from 70-75% to 45-55% in about two hours at maximum intensity. It also cleans the air of odors due to the carbon filter it has. The noise it makes, even at the highest setting, does not bother me during the day. The only issue I have is that only two of the four wheels move in all directions, making it difficult to move from one spot to another. I recommend it as a good dehumidifier ionizer.

- After a year, it works perfectly. I placed it in a basement to reduce humidity, and it runs continuously as long as the humidity is above 50%.

In a 13sqm bedroom with closed windows because our baby is 5 months old and wakes up easily with noises, the humidity was reaching 75/79% when the air conditioner (a new Toyotomi) was set at 25/26 degrees. When we set it to 23 degrees, the humidity dropped to 63%.

With the Morris 16300i dehumidifier, in Sleep mode, it feels like it's not even plugged in. Zero noise. The air conditioner is set at 26 degrees and the humidity goes down from 75/79% to 45-47%.

It's the best. You can feel the air with your nose, that's how clean it is. I don't regret spending 249 euros on it. Go ahead and get it without any fear.

Very good performance but after 2 years of operation, the screen (7 Led Segment) that displays the humidity level, does not work in certain areas. Out of the 7 Led, only 4 are currently working, resulting in not being able to see the current humidity even remotely.

Very satisfied with the product. It adjusts the humidity but also dries clothes when needed. You can hear the noise it makes but it's not bothersome. I highly recommend it.

I have it for about two years, after a few months of operation the noise increased significantly, the humidity indicators are sometimes false, it captures incredible odor in areas that are not accessible to clean (around the filter), when drying clothes inside the house I believe they would dry at the same time even without its use, on the positive side the air quality in the house improved satisfactorily.

The best thing out there, I've had it for 3 years and never turned it off. The handle needs attention, you should feel it as you lift it, not clumsily. And don't forget to wash the filter at the back once a week

In my possession for the last 2 months. Since the day it was purchased, it has not turned off except when we leave the house. The dehumidifier works for a space of 60sqm but it is also suitable for larger spaces. However, the layout of the house also plays a role, meaning if the house is in a straight line and it is placed in the middle, it will do the job but not as effectively as it should, it needs to be distributed in the rooms (in my opinion). The tank easily lasts for 8 hours when full. Personally, because I have a lot of humidity during the winter and especially on rainy days, it works at its full capacity. In terms of noise, it is like a turbo air conditioner and it also depends on the person, meaning it doesn't bother me and I can sleep even with the regular function. At night, we put it on sleep mode, in which the lighting is turned off and everything is fine. It is definitely worth the money, I highly recommend it!

After one year, I can say that the humidity indicator screen has burned out, but otherwise it works decently. The plastic quality is poor

I bought it a year ago for my son's student house. The reason was that when we hung the laundry inside the house, it would become damp. Also, the temperature difference in winter would cause condensation on the windows.
One year later (24h/365d use), I can say that it is an excellent product. Not only does it have the ability to regulate humidity in the room, but - especially in winter - the house remains warm without the use of heating.

It is FAN-TAS-TIC! After a lot of searching, we ended up with this model and it was indeed the best choice. Within a day, it reduced the humidity from 83% to 55%!
In the following days, it doesn't need to work for many hours, it keeps the humidity at very good levels, resulting in quickly reaching the desired level. Buy it... you will remember me!

In the 2 years of use, the screen that displays the humidity month by month completely faded and they want 20€ just for the replacement board. Of course, it is not covered by the warranty since 2 years have passed. It does the job, although I haven't tried another brand to compare. It makes quite a bit of noise on full power. However, if you put it on low, it doesn't work properly. The key is to suck in as much air as possible while the compressor is running.

Like all dehumidifiers, it needs to be cleaned every year because the coil gets clogged with dust and it is very difficult to open the plastic parts. It has many screws, so screws need to be removed in order to clean it properly.

I really recommend it, if you put it on the powerful mode you will notice minimal noise but it is really perfect because it reduces humidity to desired levels and heats the space quite well, especially during this period with difficulty in heating due to cost, as it also emits warm air and I have all the doors open, it has a clothes drying function which is important for all of us in winter, it is worth its money and more, the air in the space is clean. If anything changes, I will come back.

I don't know if it's a normal function, but it makes a noise (I don't know how to describe it. It's like the neighbor is using a drill or something like that). When it's operating, it exceeds the decibels stated in the specifications by far. I have it in the hallway of the house, I close the door of the room and I can still hear it. For example, if it operates for 30 minutes, it makes a noise of 25. I informed Morris, sent it to the service, they told me it needed an adjustment but the noise continues normally. I'm not talking about the sound of the air it emits. There is a loud noise. It operates silently and suddenly something "starts up" inside, a metallic sound is heard, and then this noise.

If the sound is normal (in Smart mode), then it is not silent, not by any means. If it is not normal, then the dehumidifier is problematic and the company refuses to do anything about it.

With little experience in DELONGHI, JURO PRO, MORRIS dehumidifiers, MORRIS is definitely the quietest and most economical in consumption. It immediately reduces humidity and simply stops. I highly recommend it

4 stars because the first one we received was defective, but they replaced it immediately! Since it was purchased for drying clothes in the winter, it does its job very well and doesn't consume much electricity, it's like it doesn't exist

It's worth the money and more! I have never seen humidity in my space again and I had an incredible problem with wet and black walls. And it also helps a lot with locking the buttons for small children.
