Can someone please tell me, it just fell backwards while it was operating and now the humidity level indicator at the front round part does not light up. How can this be fixed?

Friends recommended it to us, we bought it, and it has been working for almost 4 years, almost every day. We even took it to Germany so it could find its joy. Its performance hasn't changed at all. Simply, for its €240 price, it should have wifi as well. Now, regarding the filter, it's probably just decorative, but it fills the reservoir easily if there's humidity. I would say the modes don't really matter, you just set it to the level you want and it dries things from the first hour. Be careful with the high setting because it didn't leave a single plant alive, it killed them all.

In a 13sqm bedroom with closed windows because our baby is 5 months old and wakes up easily with noises, the humidity was reaching 75/79% when the air conditioner (a new Toyotomi) was set at 25/26 degrees. When we set it to 23 degrees, the humidity dropped to 63%.

With the Morris 16300i dehumidifier, in Sleep mode, it feels like it's not even plugged in. Zero noise. The air conditioner is set at 26 degrees and the humidity goes down from 75/79% to 45-47%.

It's the best. You can feel the air with your nose, that's how clean it is. I don't regret spending 249 euros on it. Go ahead and get it without any fear.

Very satisfied with the product. It adjusts the humidity but also dries clothes when needed. You can hear the noise it makes but it's not bothersome. I highly recommend it.

I bought it a year ago for my son's student house. The reason was that when we hung the laundry inside the house, it would become damp. Also, the temperature difference in winter would cause condensation on the windows.
One year later (24h/365d use), I can say that it is an excellent product. Not only does it have the ability to regulate humidity in the room, but - especially in winter - the house remains warm without the use of heating.

I don't know if it's a normal function, but it makes a noise (I don't know how to describe it. It's like the neighbor is using a drill or something like that). When it's operating, it exceeds the decibels stated in the specifications by far. I have it in the hallway of the house, I close the door of the room and I can still hear it. For example, if it operates for 30 minutes, it makes a noise of 25. I informed Morris, sent it to the service, they told me it needed an adjustment but the noise continues normally. I'm not talking about the sound of the air it emits. There is a loud noise. It operates silently and suddenly something "starts up" inside, a metallic sound is heard, and then this noise.

If the sound is normal (in Smart mode), then it is not silent, not by any means. If it is not normal, then the dehumidifier is problematic and the company refuses to do anything about it.

We bought the 24 liters for 105 sqm. We got it for a house where the walls were leaking in order to avoid external insulation! For 2 years now, we haven't seen a single drop! Something happened and the light didn't turn on, but we were served perfectly by the service!

Good product in case the space doesn't have heating. If there is heating, it is unnecessary.
It cleans the air quickly, but it doesn't seem effective in drying clothes.

The machine does not worry at all. You put it in operation and forget about it. You only throw away the water once a day (approximately). Maybe the manual needs to be more informative, but it still does its job.

It is a very good dehumidifier. The tank is not 4 liters, it is 3.2, but still it is large. Now I just have to see how durable it is over time. 5 years later, the dehumidifier is working perfectly.

Initially, there is NO dehumidifier that is completely silent, they all make noise regardless of the brand. The noise of this specific dehumidifier doesn't bother me at all, it's like having an air conditioner running. As for its effectiveness and the quality of its materials, I have to say that it is one of the best by far, and considering its price, it is a no-brainer.

It is quite good, only two things I don't like. Firstly, it is quite big and heavy, and secondly, it makes a lot of noise, so I couldn't sleep in the same room.

One year of use. It is the first dehumidifier I have purchased. I generally do not know how the others work, I will just give my opinion.

The house is 50 square meters. The job it does is good. It lowers the humidity to very good levels, from 60 and below in a few hours. The noise it makes is definitely not for sleeping next to, but personally, I turn it off at night. It sounds like some freezers, I would say. Personally, it does not bother me because I am interested in getting the job done correctly in the house, as there was humidity of 80+. You should know something, for the machine to work properly, the room temperature should be 19.5 and above. Overall, it is a good choice so far, I am not regretting my money. There is noise, I just do not know how much the others make. Happy shopping.

It is definitely worth the money! As for the noise, personally it didn't bother me much. It is understandable that the compressor makes noise when it's working.
I have it on the smart mode and I am satisfied with its performance. The drying function is also very useful!
The drum is not very big, but for now, I empty it once every 2 days.

Excellent machine for its price, €180 for the 16-liter one, it reduces humidity and at the same time cleans the atmosphere of the room. In an island where humidity is a huge problem, after 1.5 months of use, I am completely satisfied. The tank has a capacity of about 3.5 liters and not 4 as they say. The noise is subjective, however, this machine is objectively quiet, you can sleep comfortably in the bedroom with the "sleep" mode, even with the "smart" mode, which I use constantly. Buy without fear

I still haven't managed to make it turn on and off by itself at the times I want, even though I am a computer technician. It has inadequate instructions for the economical mode, as it starts and turns off while still indicating that the humidity is high. I placed it in my vacation home during the lockdown and have no idea if it's working or how it operates

Not as high quality as you present it.... it makes excessive noise, even more than an air conditioner at full power.... I called the service to tell me what to do, they told me to record audio and video and send it to them.. then they called me and told me to send it for inspection, I sent it and they told me it doesn't make any noise to them... While in the video it sounded like a compressor. I sent it in early April and by the end of April I still haven't received it back and they tell me that the courier is delayed.... My experience is bad, I definitely do not recommend it to you.....

Three stars because they say it's quiet, but when the compressor is running, it makes quite a bit of noise. Other than that, it's very good.

Excellent dehumidifier and quite silent in the low setting. I had previously purchased an Inventor 16lt and this one has a significant difference, it quickly reduces the humidity in a room of approximately 25 square meters. The previous one took more time to work and achieve the desired humidity level, and compared to the Morris, it sounded much louder. A dehumidifier will always make some noise, most people who mention the noise of this one, in my opinion, do not have a point of comparison.

Although it is my first one, I can confidently say that it is very good and worth its money (approx. €250.00). I do not have a strong humidity problem and it works wonders in Smart mode. The combination with an ionizer and UV lamp creates an amazing atmosphere and the overall result is unique. Its tank is sufficient and its use is simple.

It is the first dehumidifier I bought and it completely changes the feeling of the air. In half an hour, it reduces the humidity to the desired level with the smart function. You leave it there and forget about it! It dries clothes in a room within three hours. On the high setting, it makes noise like a powerful air conditioner. In the smart mode, you can't hear it at all, you forget about it. It should show the water level somehow. That's the only thing it lacks.

I am coming back a year and a half later, in January 2021. Continuous operation in winter and summer. No problem! There is so much water, guys, I got tired of emptying this container every two days. When it rains, it needs to be emptied every day with the mop inside. Despite the heavy use with pets in the house, it is unique.

It is the first dehumidifier I have purchased. I have been completely satisfied with its consumption (the lowest on the market) and noise levels. It truly changed the temperature sensation in a large house. I constantly have it on smart mode and it doesn't bother me at all.

Quite noisy, much more than 37-39 dB with the annoying noise of the compressor.
