Purchase at 70€ about 2 months ago.
- Bad microphone, with very low volume. It definitely needs Peace with equalizer and DB boost for someone to be able to hear you (known issue, many tutorials on YT).
- Average build quality, while their plastic is nice, it disappoints, and it still uses micro USB for charging in 2022 (even the realme bluetooth headphones I bought for my phone have USB-C).
- Although they are heavy, because they have very soft fabric cushions, they don't tire your head at all, and you don't sweat; let's see how long they will last.
- The iCUE is absolutely unacceptable, I thought I would get away from it when I changed the Scimitar but I had to install it again because of the headphones. From boot to playing, it takes from 10 to 30 seconds, generally if you don't have them open and someone calls you, for example on Teams, good luck.
- Having extensively used headphones of all types, from 2€ to 250€, their sound quality is mediocre; with a good EQ (not the iCUE one ffs) they improve somewhat but still barely above average.

At 70€ they are okay, at 110€ which is their current price for the white ones, I consider them absolutely unacceptable.

The software has been updated and has become quite stable. Read the review below and you will understand what I mean by "stable"!

Mixed feelings. I will be as detailed as possible:

Positives
- Solid construction.
- Good sound isolation.
- Nice and clear sound.
- Very good microphone feedback.
- Relatively comfortable.

Negatives
- The software needs to be uninstalled because:
-- It does not show the battery percentage while charging. I have to disconnect them to see it (in other words, I don't know when they are fully charged).
-- It does not retain the voice feedback (sidetone) setting.
- I wish the battery lasted longer. It lasts a maximum of 4-5 hours.
- The charging is relatively slow.
- After a few hours, they start to feel heavy on the head, as mentioned in the positives, they are not lightweight due to their construction.
- I would like the bass to be a bit stronger.
- The microphone does not bend in all directions (in cheaper headphones I had, it bent and stayed there).
- The side buttons, after 2 months of use, I am still not used to them. I still have to feel them to find them.
- The "spongy thing" it has, I believe (based on my experience with other headphones), will not last long. I will update if I can, as soon as I see how it broke or tore.
- The cable it has is not flexible at all.

Also, one more detail I noticed:
When I open the microphone (either with a button or by moving it downwards), it takes 2-3 seconds to open properly and be heard, as it first notifies me (with voice) that the microphone is open and that the voice feedback is activated.
After the notification, it opens and I can speak.

Overall:
- Most of the issues are related to the software, which I hope will change in future updates.
- I believe they will last me 3-4 years.
- If the mic breaks, it's disposable. It cannot be repaired and does not have a separate port.

Time Travel Decision:
- I would wait for a discount to buy them.
- I would try them first in a store or with a friend or acquaintance to see how they fit.
- I would consider the possibility of the software and research it further.

Corsair replaced my Void Pro with the Void Elite. Before that, I had some Chinese XIBERIA T18. While waiting for them to arrive and for the broken ones to go to the Netherlands, about a month passed. During that month, I fixed the cables of the old ones and they sounded better in terms of music from the very beginning.

In terms of music, the XIBERIA headphones are perfect. I haven't heard such impeccable music from any other headphones so far, which is why the sound on the Elite/Pro is like that. However, their portability cannot be compared. When you're playing on the PC and need to do something like get water or open the door, you don't have to struggle with cables, and they are so comfortable that sometimes you forget you're wearing them. Now, if you pass by the microwave oven and multiple walls, the sound may cut off at around 5-6 meters. For example, I wanted to listen to a podcast while working in the living room or try out some Petretziki recipes in the kitchen, and it would cut off. I simply used a USB 2.0 extender (it's 15 meters long, but I only used 4 meters from the PC to the hallway). Essentially, it bypasses one less wall and reaches the entire house from that point (I'm mentioning this because some people complained that it cuts off at 4 meters). I believe that no matter what you get, it will cut off. Now, if you want to make it nicer and more permanent, you can permanently install a USB extender in the central point of your house, through the wall and in a discreet spot that is not very visible. I did this when we painted the house last year. I would also suggest using an adapter for your mobile phone, but I remembered that it doesn't work for some reason. However, it works perfectly on the Mi Box, but not on the LG OLED TV. Only USB headphones work if you adjust the settings, unfortunately. Or you can simply connect a Mi Box to the TV and it will work. I just have the impression that it's stereo. The ICUE for the Mi Box or Android in general doesn't exist. If they add it in the future, I will only buy Corsair. Now, for my next purchase, I would like something that is wireless and compatible with at least the Mi Box.

P.S. For those who say that the earpads broke, I searched everywhere on AliExpress and eBay, and the spare parts were expensive, plus the shipping was very expensive. I sent a message to Corsair last summer asking if there was a store in Europe where I could buy them from, and they sent them to me for free from Hong Kong. Well, as the owner of the former Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma v1, having tried the v2 as well, I have the following to say.
The construction is of very high quality, and I was relieved to find out that the microphone in the picture is not made of plastic, but rather silicone and flexible. It comes with a USB cable, a USB stick, and a cushion for the microphone.
The construction is solid, beautiful, and very comfortable. Unlike the Razer ones, I can hear myself speaking, which helps me gauge my volume. At the same time, they do a great job of isolating sound.
As a woman with a small head who wears glasses, I find them to be very comfortable and I didn't need to adjust them. They are a bit big for my head, but that's not a problem. In fact, they are quite comfortable. I believe that someone with a larger head and glasses shouldn't have an issue either. However, you will need to download the software and read the manual, as it was very helpful for me.
I have the white ones and that silver detail is made of steel. The cushions are very comfortable. Overall, they feel more relaxed on my head compared to the Razer ones I had and tried.
They also have a button on the side for muting, on/off, and a volume wheel.
Unfortunately, I couldn't download the software from the Corsair website due to a small issue. I hope they fix it in a future update. So far, everything is good and there is no interference!

Actually, there was an issue with the link in the manual. Just go to the Corsair website>downloads and download the corresponding iCUE software. The bass is amazing, with no distortion. The sound is crystal clear, and the vibration it creates with the bass is simply dreamy.
Don't be alarmed if you hear a female voice when you download the software. Go to settings and unselect "Enable Voice Prompts" to play with the equalizer, create different layers and profiles, and adjust the settings. It's much more convenient than the Razer software. Enjoy!

Actually, the microphone is bendable and made of silicone. It's soft and somewhat velvety, and when you lift it up, it mutes automatically. I also noticed something with the bass. The left earphone slightly creaks in songs with a lot of bass (e.g. Troyboi-Do you) if the volume is above 60. However, with other songs so far, and at maximum volume, there is no creaking. If you're looking for headphones to listen to songs with a lot of bass, these might not be suitable for you. I hope this helps!
edit no3 15/2/2021: I saw someone complaining about the signal range of 3-4 meters, but I have to say that I have used them in different rooms with closed doors, and I had absolutely no problem with the signal. So far, they work well. The only minor issue is that the microphone doesn't stay in an upright position, but personally, it doesn't bother me.

In the past year, my headphones started doing something strange. When I was charging them on my computer and playing at the same time, many times they would 'shut off' when the plug of the cable that goes into the headphones was pressed against my shoulder. And yesterday is when they completely stopped working and won't turn on. And sometimes, without me touching them, the volume would go to the maximum with a lot of distortion. Now, how and why, I have absolutely no idea. For the 120€ that I bought them for, I don't know if they were really worth it, considering they lasted for 3 years. And the battery life has decreased, but that's understandable with daily use. Maybe it's my fault for pressing the plug of the cable against the headphone jack with my shoulder. To prevent this from happening to you, make sure to charge them every night with an external charger. That's all from me about these headphones, happy shopping!
