    It fits well on the hand. I had tendonitis in my elbow that bothered me for about two months, but with a little care and by wearing the elbow brace, it no longer bothers me. It offers good support and mobility at the gym (cross-fit). It suits me better than a previous 'sleeve' elbow brace I had.
