The scalpels are not sharpened....very amateur work....unfortunately, I am trying to find a wheel to sharpen them in order to function...if you want to do wood carving, I do not recommend them...

Having years of experience in wood carving, I can tell you the following. A decent chisel costs around 35-40€ on its own (especially the curved ones)..when, of course, you want to do proper work. Don't expect quality and finishes from sets that cost 30€..It's not the brand's fault or their handles. Chisels are expensive mainly because of the quality of the steel..you get what you pay for. A good chisel is difficult to sharpen. Chisels (bevel edge) can easily be sharpened on a wheel and can make teeth for fun. It's a matter of experience that only practice will teach you.

The handles of the scalpels are poorly constructed, the metal rings have a bad finish, the blades showed corrosion and did not cut at all.
