This book contains 11 standardized tables in which all the information that the respective manager needs to know about the apartment building, separate properties, and common areas for exclusive use is recorded and updated, specifically:

- Building Information: land area, building permit number, contract numbers and notaries who prepared the establishment of horizontal property and the regulations.

- Apartment and Shop Information: quantity, floor, area, volume, co-ownership percentage of the land, number of votes in General Assemblies, percentages of participation in common expenses.
