Users generally appreciate that the mat stays in place and is comfortable on the knees. It’s considered suitable for gentle exercise, yoga, and floor exercises, with its generous size and helpful alignment lines also noted. However, several users point out that it wears down and rubs off quickly, especially during vigorous exercise or when used with shoes.
Unfortunately, it wears out quickly and fills the floor with crumbs. I am forced to use an electric vacuum cleaner every time.
I teach YOGA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! It doesn't slip, it doesn't sink. It is as SUPPORTIVE as needed to prevent Knee pain. It is large with helpful lines. Also very beautiful! It is WONDERFUL for the price
Very good but for light activities. I use it with shoes for HIIT, pilates, etc. It gets worn out and at the end I need to use a broom to clean up the pieces that have come off. It is soft but you can't do intense exercise without shoes. If you have it for outdoor use, it will be okay.
It is okay for home.
So far, I haven't noticed any problem.
Excellent quality, it arrived very quickly!
I highly recommend it without hesitation!
