Διδάσκω YOGA. Το ΣΥΣΤΗΝΩ ΑΝΕΠΙΦΥΛΑΚΤΑ!!! Δεν γλιστράει, δεν βουλιάζει. Είναι όσο ΣΥΜΠΑΓΕΣ χρειάζεται για να μην πονάνε τα Γόνατα. Είναι μεγάλο με βοηθητικές γραμμές. Πολύ όμορφο επίσης! Για την τιμή είναι ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ
Very good but for light activities. I use it with shoes for HIIT, pilates, etc. It gets worn out and at the end I need to use a broom to clean up the pieces that have come off. It is soft but you can't do intense exercise without shoes. If you have it for outdoor use, it will be okay.
Πολύ καλό αλλά για ήπια πράγματα. Εγώ που το χρησιμοποιώ με παπούτσια για HIIT, pilates κλπ ΤΡΙΒΕΤΑΙ και στο τέλος χρειάζεται να βαλω σκούπα για τα κομματάκια που έχουν πεταχτεί. Είναι μαλακό αλλά δεν γίνεται να κάνεις έντονη γυμναστική χωρίς παπούτσια. Αν το έχετε για εξωτερικό χώρο θα είναι οκ.
