The 2nd revised edition of the book, which was first published in 2008, is the result of an effort to reform, enrich, update, and improve its content, with the aim of facilitating the reader's study.

The great acceptance received by the previous edition from a large number of readers, apart from being a particular honor for the book, creates the obligation and need for continuous improvement and updating. This task is also fulfilled by this current 2nd edition.

The 2nd edition, like the previous one, reflects the experiences gained from the long tenure of the authors both in teaching the theory and practice of Financial Management to undergraduate and graduate students and business executives, as well as from their professional activity as executives and consultants of large companies and organizations.
