    I bought them with reservations after reading the above comments....let's see...I have them for air extraction in my PC...the LED appears faded in the photos but it is actually a vibrant red and nothing like what it seems...as for the RPM, because they are low, they still have a good airflow, so it balances out...they are quiet...
