I had it for 2 years. The first winter it would heat up the room so-so... the second and last one would turn on and off in 10 minutes without actually reaching the desired temperature in the room. Fake construction. The hangers broke immediately without any special or heavy use. Overall, stay away... wasted money... look for something else...

I bought model 889 in December 2019. From then until today, March 2021 (approximately 1.5 years), it has only worked for 3 months. The rest of the time it is broken. I sent it for service 3 times (fortunately covered by the warranty, otherwise I would have thrown it away - and the service is fast, I have a positive experience). Every time, after it works for a short while, it starts to smell very bad and stops working! Just like that! The first time it happened after only a month and a half of use! After receiving it with a 'repaired switch', it worked for another month and then... I sent it for service again... Also, its construction is so cheap that the screws come loose as you move it, the metal arms get scratched immediately, the small plastic parts break without any effort... They replaced it with a new one (unfortunately the same model), which lasted 1.5 months before it stopped working as well. Obviously, the batch/model is defective. I should note that I take very good care of my electronics: I have another similar heating panel (a different model, not the 889) that has been working non-stop for 2 years and hasn't had any issues. Great disappointment, not worth it.

The 2500w heater and its performance is worse than a 750w heater. It's really a waste of money, I do not recommend it. It constantly shuts off after working for 3 seconds and claims it reached the desired temperature. It's useless, whoever is thinking of buying it should read this review and not get it. They should spend an extra 50 euros and get a decent one.

While it heats up just fine, the construction is unacceptable!
The holes for the bases are all over the place, and the hangers are supported by plastic that seems like it won't hold up, it's going for a replacement in less than 24 hours

Average build quality. The grates it has broke very quickly without hard use. Performance below average compared to the old equivalent device. The most important thing is that after about 4-5 months of use, it stopped working. Unfortunately, due to my own mistake, I cannot find the receipt. I reserve the possibility that this specific one was defective, but in general, I do not recommend it.

The best stove! Efficient and easily warms up the space, excellent build quality! I highly recommend it. It really is worth its money!
