I return to the product review because those of us who take the trouble to upload reviews should be as objective as possible. The film is good.. I believe the secret is to cut it with a good razor before removing the protection because... it loses its grip. In my opinion, it doesn't offer much in terms of adhesion on non-smooth surfaces. It works very well on smooth surfaces, it doesn't come off, of course, the less weight it has to support, the better the result. Do not attempt on concrete or wooden surfaces. I will come back if I try something different.
(06/01/2023) I return regarding, I used 2 long strips to vertically stick plastic on unpainted plywood and it became "rock solid", very good!
(15/03/2023) Its use on LED strips, either directly or on silicone casing, is a lifesaver for furniture. Very stable. Gentle movements when removing the film to avoid folding.
(25/07/2023) I used two strips to support a motion sensor with a large array of LEDs on a smooth glossy metal surface. It wouldn't come off no matter what. I was laughing to myself out of frustration. The back of the device broke and there were pieces stuck that I will need to remove with a spatula or whatever else I can use. The ultimate adhesive. On a smooth, glossy surface, be absolutely sure before sticking it. It won't come off. It will cause damage! It's that perfect..
(21/05/2024) Do not try it on the interior of a car windshield. It comes off due to high temperatures. I tried it while attempting to secure a small parking screen.
