The realization that a large portion of frequently attending Christians are not sufficiently informed about matters of Faith led us to publish the Series "Faith, Worship, and Life" (14 issues), which received an enthusiastic reception from clergy and laypeople alike.

This reception motivated us to focus our interest on the popularized – yet completely responsible – development of ten new topics, which we have included in the new Series titled "What the Church Says about..." (The Memorial Services and Souls – Heaven and Hell – The Second Coming and the Antichrist – God's Providence and Fate – The Evil that Exists in the World – Sin and Humanity's Salvation – Angels and Demons – Youth and Old Age – Poverty and Wealth – Contemporary Issues and Problems).

The writing and editing of the publication of the new Series belongs to the well-known theologian and lawyer Mr. Evangelos P. Lekkas, former Director of the Apostolic Diakonia.

Each issue spans 32 monochrome pages, with a four-color cover.

What the Church Says about… Heaven and Hell

Although many avoid thinking about the afterlife, they secretly wonder: Is there really a Heaven, and what exactly is it? How can the existence of Hell be explained if God is love? How are Heaven and Hell presented in the Holy Bible? Will Hell truly be eternal? And how can a Christian achieve entry into Heaven?

Answers to these and similar questions are provided in the second issue of our new Series.
