From the first day, not even of use but just a simple test, one strap came off almost instantly. I immediately realized that you don't mess with quality, but in this particular case, I consider it a scam for something to break in the first minutes while you're examining it and without any particular pressure being applied. Moreover, this specific case is not suitable for a Cretan lyre, unless the Cretan lyre is no longer called a lyre. It might work for a mainland lyre or an oud, but for a Cretan lyre, you struggle to fit it in. Nevertheless, I didn't complain in time to the company, as I didn't have the time to deal with it during that period, nor do I intend to do so and go through the process of explanation and return. Truly a very disappointing product!
