Indications:

Use GEL 100 CAF 100 on its own for shorter training sessions or races, or you can combine it with other Maurten products to ensure you have enough carbohydrates throughout your activity.

Benefits:

  • Energy stored in natural hydrogel.
  • Each serving contains 100mg of caffeine and provides 25 grams of carbohydrates.
  • Based on seven ingredients - no added colors, preservatives, or flavors.
  • It is known that our body can use approximately 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour, in the form of glucose or maltodextrin (glucose polymer).
  • The combination of 0.5:1 fructose and glucose/maltodextrin allows intake of up to 90 grams per hour.
  • More recent studies have shown that increased fructose content, greater than 0.5:1, enables even greater intake.
  • The GEL 100 CAF 100 is based on a fructose to glucose ratio of 0.8:1, with each serving containing 25 grams of carbohydrates.

Usage Instructions:
