It is a wonderful mask! It helps a lot with my own hair, which is bleached and damaged. It makes my hair soft, easy to comb, and unlike other masks (see Pantene repair) that give the illusion of helping when you rinse them off, but then the hair returns to its original state, I see improvement with systematic use that lasts. The best part of it all: its scent! It smells like perfume!! Simply as a mask, it is a bit heavy, which I personally like because it prevents frizz, but if you have fine hair, you may feel that it weighs it down. The price is very good, so give it a try, it's worth it!
