Biologos organic oregano essential oil is made from Greek oregano grown in Pelion at an altitude of 500–600 m. It is produced by steam-distilling the plant’s leaves. It has a camphoraceous, spicy, and intense aroma and contains 80% carvacrol. It is edible and can be used in aromatherapy or as an ingredient in blends and homemade skincare recipes.
For use on the skin, dilute it in a suitable carrier oil. A patch test with a small amount of diluted oil is recommended to check for possible sensitivity. Avoid contact with the eyes and use near sources of fire.
