      Not effective at all for waterproof eye makeup, it worked for me like a regular micellar water. Generally, I have tried Vichy products mainly in sunscreens and I bought this one because of its practical travel packaging and the promise of waterproof makeup removal. I targeted the brand name and thought that for its price - which I consider high - it would deliver on its promises. I have tried cheaper products from competitors in this category (for eye makeup removal) that worked better. I believe that Vichy will make improvements. One positive aspect is the nice packaging design.
