I have been taking this particular supplement for about 1 month and a few days. They are no longer tablets, they are capsules in a flexible membrane and they stick together a lot. So you need something to separate them every time you want to take one out. Τις έχω αγοράσει αρκετές φορές. Μέσω ίντερνετ είναι καλύτερα, καθώς οι 100 κάψουλες κοστίζουν αρκετά φθηνότερα από ότι σε φαρμακεία. Αν θέλετε να δείτε διαφορά στο άγχος και στην ποιότητα του ύπνου, δεν πρέπει να τις παίρνετε περιοδικά αλλά κάθε βράδυ από δύο, κανένα μισάωρο πριν ξαπλώσετε. Είδα διαφορά μετά από χρήση μιας σβδομάδας. Από το να βράζω βότανο βαλεριάνας και να βρωμάει όλο το σπίτι, καλύτερα με τις βιταμίνες!

I have been taking this particular supplement for about 1 month and a few days. At first, I took 1 capsule calmly and after some time, because I didn't see any change, I started taking 2 (1-2 a day as stated on the packaging). Nevertheless, whether 1 or 2, I have not noticed any visible difference in my anxiety and mental functioning/state. No one expects miracles, but here there hasn't been a single sign of improvement. They are no longer tablets, they are capsules in a flexible membrane and they stick together a lot. So you need something to separate them every time you want to take one out. The more the package empties and you have to peel off the ones at the bottom, the harder it gets. Other than that, they work just like the old tablets.
Δεν ειναι πια χαπακια, ειναι καψουλες σε μια ελαστικη μεμβρανη και κολλάνε πολυ μεταξυ τους. Οποτε θέλει κατι για να τισ ξεκολλησεις καθε φορα που θεσ να βγαλεις. Όσο αδείαζει η συσκευασία και πρεπει να ξεκολλήσεις τα κάτω κάτω, τόσο πιο δύσκολο.

For me, the best out of all the herbal anti-anxiety products I have tried for mild to moderate anxiety, and the only one that also improves my mood. It works much better when taken before the anxious state develops, as a preventive measure or at the beginning of it. However, it is not particularly effective during a severe anxiety episode.

Τις έχω αγοράσει αρκετές φορές. Μέσω ίντερνετ είναι καλύτερα, καθώς οι 100 κάψουλες κοστίζουν αρκετά φθηνότερα από ότι σε φαρμακεία. Αν θέλετε να δείτε διαφορά στο άγχος και στην ποιότητα του ύπνου, δεν πρέπει να τις παίρνετε περιοδικά αλλά κάθε βράδυ από δύο, κανένα μισάωρο πριν ξαπλώσετε. Είδα διαφορά μετά από χρήση μιας σβδομάδας. Από το να βράζω βότανο βαλεριάνας και να βρωμάει όλο το σπίτι, καλύτερα με τις βιταμίνες!

Οντως μου προκαλεσε μία καποια σχετική ηρεμία/υπνηλία θα έλεγα.. αλλά αυστηρά κ' μόνον μέχρι εκεί ειναι τα όποια θετικά του. Αργεί αρκετά εώς πολύ να κάνει δραση αρχικά (1 ωρα+). Έχει για την συνέχεια μιά κάποια τάση να προκαλεί την καούρα από εκει που δεν υπήρχε πρίν, (αυτό στα τόπ αρνητικά του). Εχει έναν σωρό απαγορευμένα ή έστω στην συνείδηση του κοινού, 'μπαναρισμένα' έκδοχα.. Όπως πχ. η καρμίνη (Ε120).. κ' άλλα τέτοια.. Αντιοξιδωτική προστασία βαση βιταμινών Β.. κυριολεκτικά ανήπαρκτη επί το έργον 'στο 1 χάπι', (Άν μετρήσετε πχ. τιμές σακχάρου μία ωρα μετά από κακό γευμα ή σνακ θα καταλαβετε καλά τί εννοώ..). Πραγματικά, 2 αστέρια είναι πάρα πολλά εδω, και δεν καταλαβαινω κθλ Lanes, γιατί θα έπρεπε να μας αρέσει αυτό εδώ.. Αυτά._
