The BLACKplus range from Risoli is made of 6mm thick cast aluminum and features the new generation El Diamant coating, which ensures unprecedented scratch resistance along with excellent non-stick properties.

The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, preserving the nutritional values of the food.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Wash the cookware with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry them thoroughly and grease with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while it is empty.
  • Do not leave the cookware on the heat when its contents have evaporated.
  • Continuous overheating may damage the coating.
  • Cook on low or medium heat.
