Unreliable in measurements up to one degree Celsius lower in armpit measurement. Construction is compact. I do not recommend it for anything else. Personally, I will stick to the slow (5 minutes) French Armpit Thermometer.

Wasted money completely, no reliability in the measurements, I bought it yesterday to make it easier with the digital screen and the temperature it shows has nothing to do with the one my analog mercury thermometer shows, I had 37.5 and it showed 36! It also shows a different temperature every time after repeated measurements!
