You need to read and follow the procedure correctly in order to avoid causing problems to the engine.
Start the engine and let it warm up. Remove the flexible hose in the intake system, located between the air filter box and the turbocharger/intercooler. For gasoline engines, run the engine up to 2000 RPM. For diesel engines, leave the engine in idle mode, NEVER with the gas pedal pressed. With a warm engine, spray the product on the inlet side of the turbocharger. Spray the Wynn Turbo Cleaner in short intervals to avoid sudden increases in RPM and engine knocking. After each spray, wait for the RPM to return to the initial level. Continue until the entire 200 ml aerosol product is used. Let the engine idle for a few minutes. Stop the engine. Reconnect the flexible air intake hose. Start the engine, rev it 5 to 10 times (maximum speed 3000 RPM) or drive 5 to 10 km with the car (do not exceed 3000 RPM). Let the engine run for at least one minute before stopping

Very bad experience, clear usage instructions are not stated on the packaging, and neither could the official representative (service department) provide instructions (as it enters the air intake). The result was to destroy the engine.
