Excellent service after contacting the company regarding a malfunction in a nebulizer. The response was immediate — within one day I received an answer both via email and by phone — with detailed instructions for the correct use and cleaning of the device. Additionally, they proceeded to replace the nebulizer directly at the pharmacy from which I had purchased it, even though the warranty had expired a few days earlier.
The company, in coordination with the pharmacy, handled all communication and all I had to do was return the defective device and receive the new one on the same day. A true example of outstanding customer experience. Congratulations!

It does a good job of nebulizing, but after three months of limited use, the battery drains before the nebulization is complete, and I have to use a power bank. I will return it.
Κάνει καλή νεφελοποίηση, αλλά στους τρεις μήνες περιορισμένης χρήσης η μπαταρία αδειάζει πριν ολοκληρωθεί η νεφελοποίηση και αναγκάζομαι να χρησιμοποιώ power bank. Θα το επιστρέψω.
We have been using it daily for two children for the past few months. It seems to be quite a sensitive product, but with the right care, it appears that it will last. Completely silent, easy to use.
κάνουμε καθημερινή χρήση σε δύο παιδιά τους τελευταίους μήνες. δείχνει αρκετά ευαίσθητο προϊόν αλλά με την κατάλληλη προσοχή δείχνει ότι θα αντέξει.

It broke on the 5th application. I contacted the company Aeolos and they said it's the chip's fault. It's not covered by warranty because it has to do with usage... the medication shouldn't stay on it after use at all... if you don't wash it immediately, it breaks...
I paid another 15€ for another chip... they say it lasts for 6 months... on the 10th application, after a good cleaning, it broke again...
Χαλασε στη 5η εφαρμογη..επικοινωνησα με την εταιρια aeolos ειπαν πως ειναι το τσιπακι. Δεν καλυπτεται απο εγγυηση γιατι εχει να κανει με τη χρηση...δε πρεπει καθολου να μεινει το φαρμακο επανω μετα απο χρηση...αν δεν το πλυνεις αμεσως χαλαει......
Πληρωσα αλλα 15€ για ενα ακομη τσιπακι... διαρκεια αντοχης λενε 6 μηνες... στην 10η εφαρμογη και μετα απο καλο καθαρισμα παλι χαλασε.....
Having used other nebulizers, this one is 10 times better, faster, and adjustable according to the patient's breathing. The only downside is that the filter requires infinite attention because if you touch it with a cloth, it breaks.
Έχοντας χρησιμοποιήσει και τους άλλους νεφελοποιητες, αυτός είναι 10 φορές καλύτερος, πιο γρήγορος και ρυθμίζεται ανάλογα με την αναπνοή του ασθενή. Μόνο μειονέκτημα ότι το φίλτρο θέλει απείρως μέγαλη προσοχή γιατί αν το ακουμπήσεις με πανί χαλάει.
