super good! this is the second one I have bought and I use both of them. it easily supports 5 hard drives on it because of the external power supply.

It was very good while it lasted
For 2 years, no problem. With all the ports occupied, working all day without external power supply. Absolutely no complaints.

After two years it started disconnecting and "resetting", losing all devices at once.
Exactly the same thing happened to others in the comments, some after 1 year, others after 1 and a half, for me after two.
Very good, but with an expiration date.

So-so... Sometimes a strange noise is heard when I connect a flash drive. Too much money for this particular quality.

Personally, I consider it one of the best USB hubs on the market. No disconnections, as if it doesn't exist! Amazing. This is the second one I am buying.

I only use it for the USB port extension it has. I don't use it for anything demanding. The only negative I have found is that the cable it has on the back is USB Micro B and is quite sensitive; sometimes if it moves, it loses the connection. I would suggest choosing one with USB Type B.

I have connected all the USB ports to music equipment. It works flawlessly. Like a glove!

Very good USB hub, good quality, seems to have a sturdy construction with an extra power supply to plug into the socket. It has 4 USB 3 ports and 3 ports for charging various devices, which are a bit slow at 1.5A; it could be a bit higher. Other than that, it connected directly to the computer, there are no disconnections, all the ports work perfectly.

UPD: 23-12-2024 Unfortunately, it broke; the devices I plugged in were overheating, it probably was giving some overvoltage

In general, it is a very good USB port hub. I don't know if others have issues with its cable. For me, if you even slightly move it, it disconnects.

Although after a while it needed a power supply because it started to have interruptions and not read active peripherals such as a hard drive, it is very good... and a note about the company itself... it needs a little more watt power supply in case someone connects only hard drives because it struggles

Everything is fine, it just doesn't read one hard disk slot. I will try changing the cable in case I have a cable issue, something that I didn't have as a problem before.

The worst purchase I have ever made. It never worked properly, it started randomly disconnecting the devices I had connected to it, and now it has completely stopped working. I have tried it on 2 different PCs, and neither of them recognize it in Windows. Overall, tp-link is the worst company I have encountered. Everything I have bought from them simply does not work.

It was purchased to connect up to 6 external hard drives. I have had it for about a month, and it has been working flawlessly from the first moment. I haven't measured the speed, but working daily with these specific hard drives, I haven't noticed any delays, neither in transfers nor in saving large files (over 200mb). I would say it is reliable. Its glossy surface is prone to fingerprints :)

I received it the day before yesterday and yes, I have no problem. I successfully transferred files through the hard drive without any issues with the ports

The purchase was made in 2019. Initially everything was fine, but now after 2 years of use, it has started to have problems. Mainly, I see issues like Windows constantly reconnecting to devices, which is annoying and repetitive. USB 2.0 drives don't work in any port, while they work normally in other ports on the tower. And the warranty is for 2 years, which has expired. Also, I have to mention that I never saw impressive transfer speeds from USB 3.0 connections.

It does a pretty good job, but when you have too many hard drives connected, sometimes some of them disconnect.

I have it for about a year on a raspberry pi and I have several devices connected for data and power supply without any problem.

Excellent product. It works better than I expected. No issues except for the cable disconnecting from the PC at the beginning. With a little care in handling the USB 3.0 hub, the disconnections stopped. When all seven ports are used, all connected devices work perfectly. I will choose the cousin of TP-Link UH720 v3 7 ports for the second PC, but it is still hard to find in the market.

I gave it one star because I had an issue with the hard drives. I might be at fault as well, not being an expert. Anything else I put in, like a regular mouse or cooler, is okay. I will come back...

I have computer peripherals and it has no issues. It also has good build quality.

After using it for less than two years, a problem occurred with the power supply socket. As a result, it opens and closes whenever it wants and has burned two hard drives simultaneously. Very cheap construction materials that you expect to fail at some point.

I practically bought it so that I can connect controllers and have more comfort with the length of the cables. Overall, it's fine, but when I play with two controllers, many times it doesn't always recognize when I press buttons. Meaning, both players can move forward and it will pause, meaning one character will stop every few steps and then continue, as if it's not reading the command. Now, for data transfer, USB connection, etc., I am satisfied, no issues.

I have it for a few days. Permanently connected 3 external, 2 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0. I have also connected a USB 3.0 card reader, even a 4X USB 3.0 hub, so we are talking about 11 (!!) ports and it did not show anything negative!

The only NEGATIVE thing is the length of the cable and the "deep" usb-micro port, which did not allow the connection of a longer cable that I bought! The usb-micro connector on the cable in the package protrudes at least 1.5 millimeters (it is longer) from other cables I have, I don't know if it's random but it doesn't make it easy to buy a new cable.

As construction is quite good for the money it asks and works without problems. It has seven ports, three of which are fast charging. I can say that I am quite satisfied, but it is still the beginning. As the packaging says, it is plug and play, it does not need any software to run. You connect it to the computer and the power and it is ready. I also prepared a quick video in case someone wants to see the packaging with the contents.

The most exceptional of all!!! I have tried various Chinese and branded ones for about the same price, but nothing compares to this. Connected four devices continuously with a Bluetooth adapter plus an iPhone 12 Pro Max for fast charging, they work flawlessly without any glitches!!! Simply value for money!!!!

If you want an elegant and functional USB hub, it will solve your hands! The reason there is also a socket is if you want to use the last 2 ports, if you don't need them, you don't need to plug it in.
