It makes an incredible noise regardless of the fan setting on low/high. I have 2 others (different brands) and I can compare. I'm not talking about fan noise, etc., I'm talking about noise like a tractor. The reason I bought it was because, and from other reviews, it is marketed as quiet (some people say the opposite, though). For use while sleeping, not a chance.

I made a request for inspection/return (under warranty) through Skroutz since it is probably defective, and they referred me to the distributor. I sent a message there, along with 2 videos where the issue is clearly visible, and they didn't even reply. I do not recommend it

Lightweight, easy to move around, effective, small tank, but for the cottage it's just fine. You wouldn't call it quiet, but it does its job.

I have had it for a year and it still works perfectly. I highly recommend it at this price, just get the large container, not the small 2-liter one, because you will have to empty it every day.

For about a month that I have been using the dehumidifier, it seems to be doing a good job. Although, due to the northerly winds all this time, I haven't had much humidity in the room where I use it.

Very positive experience. It improved the room temperature and the air became cleaner. Sleep became more pleasant.

Everything is fine so far, the only thing that surprises me a little is the noise and also, even though I have it set at 50, it keeps working even if it lowers the humidity to 48. Could it be defective?

A very honest, simple dehumidifier with an ionizer. Small convenient size. I would have preferred a slightly larger water tank but it's ok. For its price, excellent and quite silent. I would buy it again.

I've had it for a month, it does a good job in a large space and a house near the sea... it doesn't make much noise, especially on the low setting you can't hear it at all... I would buy it again

For a space of 40 sq.m. I think it is the ideal choice. In the clothes drying option, it dries relatively quickly. In the silent mode, it is indeed silent and also turns off any lights so as not to disturb. Good choice. VFM

Much more efficient than I expected and very quiet. I have it next to me and I have forgotten it on at night

For those who say it is silent, I won't comment.
Not that it makes a lot of noise, but you can't call it silent either.
Now, in terms of performance, I have it in a glass room of about 30 square meters, it collects, but it doesn't lower the humidity below 70.
It also constantly defrosts, so it stops working for quite a while.
I can't say I was satisfied, unfortunately I was misled by the comments.

I bought it for the country house but I tried it for a whole week at home (Thessaloniki). Very quiet and efficient machine. Compared to a more expensive one with the same features that I have in the bathroom, many times I wondered if the Primo was working because there was no noise at all. I took it to the country house where it has already been working for a month without any problem.

It works silently. I am satisfied with its performance. I would only like the clothes to dry faster.
I have no basis for comparison, but I am satisfied.

Very good, it collects moisture quickly! It makes more noise than I expected but obviously all dehumidifiers are like that. Also, I heard that the water it collects can be used in the iron instead of deionized water because it is clean and does not contain salts.

Good for one room, relatively small bin, so it's light but needs to be emptied twice a day. It does not have a setting for the desired humidity level.

Its biggest drawback is the noise. Even in night mode, it is very loud. Like an air conditioner on medium setting. For a 60 sqm apartment, it is very annoying to have it, for example, in the hallway and sit 3-4 meters away. I even put a mat underneath to absorb the vibrations, but it is still very loud to the point that I hesitate to turn it on when I want to sit and relax in the living room. However, it does reduce humidity, as long as you have it on the strong setting (it only has 2 levels) and let it run for hours. It also depends on where someone lives. Athens has much less humidity compared to Larissa or Patras or some seaside place. So, reviews are subjective.

Perfect, I have it for 1 year and it works perfectly, also I don't have any more humidity in the room, as for the noise it is audible, if you want to not hear it much put it in night mode and it will be less noisy

Super good , it dropped the humidity of a 30m² room from 90% to 45% .
It's been On, daily for almost a year and it has shown zero problems and still works perfectly.

Simply perfect, it has changed our lives. Before, with 2 air conditioners at 22-23 we were cold. Now, even with both at 20, we feel warm.

great thing! over the night it collects the whole tank of water in our bedroom. sleeping quality is great now.
can dry clothes in wet weather as well.
great value for money! highly recommended!

I just placed it in the bedroom, and the humidity dropped immediately to the desired levels. I had moisture in a corner of the wall, which disappeared in a short period of time. Although it is not completely silent, the sound is not bothersome and is easily gotten used to. Overall, it is an excellent choice with a good quality-price ratio.

Very good choice, easy to move around. I wish I had gotten a larger one because it fills up quickly due to the humidity in the kitchen area, which has no heating at all.

It is value for money, It has saved me in drying clothes. The noise it makes is at low and acceptable levels. Within 1 week it brought the humidity levels to normal values.

Very good value for its money. Used in a 65sqm apartment and already from the first night it significantly reduced the humidity in the space, while it also dried the clothes on the rack very quickly.
Time will show its durability, but the first impression is very positive. For 120 it's worth it with your eyes closed.

After almost a year of use, I have to say that it really is worth it!! I regret not getting the bigger 25lt model but it does its job very well and even more. I empty the tank about 2-3 times a day. What impressed me is that it's already December and yet I rarely turn on the air conditioning. The air it emits is relatively warm so it also helps with the room temperature!

Honest tool, I recommend it a thousand times!!

I have had it for 1 year, it's great so far. It's not silent, and at first, it seemed a bit annoying since I sleep with it on. But I got used to it very quickly and it doesn't bother me.

I am fully satisfied; I have had it for almost a year and I use it daily at home, and you really feel the change in the atmosphere after a while. If it is not in silent mode, it makes a little noise, but it is not particularly annoying. For its price, it is perfect

I've had it for a year in the storage down in the basement, ideal for the money, although the price has now skyrocketed.

The very positive aspects are the consumption (I measured it at its maximum output of 144W), the small size, and the fact that it has wheels.

On the positive side, it has low noise, quickly collects moisture (I have it for the bathroom), and is easy to use (very easy to operate and with several options).
On the negative side, the small tank, but that was something I expected from the beginning

Very good. I have it in a space of 24 square meters with a lot of humidity, and on the low setting, it comfortably brings the humidity down to 60%. For its size, the noise is as expected. The tank fills up once a day.
