The DemirDokum Fix single-panel radiator has a heat output of 857 kcal/h and is installed with an external loop. It is made of 1.25 mm-thick sheet steel, while the 0.50 mm-thick serpentine is welded to the water channels and extends across the full height and width of the radiator. The coating process includes degreasing and phosphating, immersion and baking at 180°C, followed by a second coat of electrostatically applied polyester powder paint and baking at 200°C.
