By far the worst purchase I have made on Skroutz. The first one that arrived was completely silent, even though its light was on. It should be noted that it came simply in a bag, without any bubble wrap or even a box or cardboard or even a "fragile" label. I requested a replacement, and the second one arrived in exactly the same packaging, even though I specifically asked them to take care to protect it, and it doesn't work at all, not even the light this time. Ultimately, the only solution is a return and refund. And all of this for a hole in the water..
Μακράν η χειρότερη αγορά που έχω κάνει στο Skroutz. Το πρώτο που έφτασε δεν ακουγόταν καθόλου, παρότι το λαμπάκι του άναβε. Να σημειωθεί ότι ήρθε απλώς μέσα σε μια σακούλα, χωρίς προστασία με φούσκες ή έστω κάποιο κουτί ή χαρτόνι ή έστω μια σήμανση "εύθραυστο ". Ζήτησα αντικατάσταση, και το 2ο ήρθε μέσα σε ακριβώς ίδια συσκευασία, ενώ είχα ζητήσει συγκεκριμένα να φροντίσουν να το προφυλαξουν, και δεν δουλεύει καθόλου ούτε καν το λαμπάκι αυτή τη φορά. Τελικά η μόνη λύση είναι επιστροφή και refund. Και όλα αυτά για μια τρύπα στο νερό..
