I am a Cardiologist and I use this blood pressure monitor in my office. I have tried several electronic and mercury blood pressure monitors. Among the electronic ones, I consider this specific model from BRAUN to be the best for my work. 1. The measurements are very reliable. 2. It has a backlit screen that makes the values very readable in any lighting conditions in the room. 3. It is a quality construction, aesthetically pleasing with a practical shape. I had the same one that lasted over two years with intensive > 40 x daily use. 4. It shows with a symbol the presence of arrhythmia/atrial fibrillation, which is useful for the patient during home monitoring. 5. The presence of 2 cuff sizes is a very important advantage, especially in cases of obese patients with large arms. ☆ Recently, I bought the OMRON M6 Comfort blood pressure monitor as an alternative, which is supposed to be one of the best for professional use. Personally, it did not suit me at all, mainly due to the oddly stiff cuff and the lack of screen lighting. It was also more expensive. Based on all the above, I consider this model from Braun to be top-notch and of course, I recommend it to everyone!
