I bought it in August to talk on the phone from the store of the awful orange company for €40, as I was waiting for my smartphone that I ordered online to arrive. The phone is literally trash. I had it in my bag with a €13 card and it would unlock by itself and make calls, my card ran out without me even using it. Not to mention the battery that drains immediately and takes a long time to charge. I tried to return it to the awful orange company and they didn't accept it back, so I got stuck with this trash and lost €40.

Το είχα μεσα στην τσάντα μου με 13€ κάρτα και ξεκλειδωνε μονο του και έπαιρνε κλίσεις, μου τελείωσε η καρτα χωρίς να την χρησιμοποιησω καν. Μην μιλήσω για την μπαταρία που πέφτει κατευθείαν και αργεί να φορτίσει. Πηγα να τονεπιστρεψω στην αθλια πορτοκαλι εταιρία και δεν το δέχτηκαν πίσω φορτώθηκα αυτο το σκουπίδι και έχασα 40€.

Purchased for my grandmother. Besides having large buttons, my grandmother also wants the speakerphone function to be able to hear. However, the phone is so difficult to use that she can't activate the speakerphone, as when someone calls her, she has to press another button to enable the speakerphone, unlike when she calls someone, resulting in confusion and pressing random buttons, ultimately putting us on hold because she presses the wrong buttons. I believe that a phone for the elderly should be more user-friendly, simple, and customizable.

Όμως το τηλέφωνο είναι τόσο δύσχρηστο που δεν μπορεί να βάλει την ανοιχτή ακρόαση, αφού όταν την καλούνε πρέπει να πατάει άλλο κουμπί για να μπει η ανοιχτή ακρόαση από ότι όταν καλεί κάποιον αυτή, με αποτέλεσμα να μπερδεύετε και να πατάει ότι να ναι και στο τέλος να μας βάζει στην αναμονή κλήσης αφού πατάει ότι να ναι κουμπιά. Νομίζω ότι ένα τηλέφωνο για ηλικιωμένους πρέπει να είναι πιο εύχρηστο, απλό και προσαρμόσιμο.

The menu is not user-friendly. The letter P is missing and the display is small and slanted. It is very difficult for elderly people, for whom I bought it. When scrolling through names to choose, it is not clear which name is displayed and with which number. I bought it because of the Panasonic brand, but in the end, it is not worth its money.

In my opinion, it is overpriced. It is targeted towards the elderly, but it should still have: 1. Clearer characters (the capital P is small and italicized) 2. More customization options for the special buttons up and down 3. Easier adjustment to the settings (first you select and then confirm that you have chosen in order for the selection to change!!) 4. More and stronger ringtones (I had to download a ringtone from the internet to serve my grandfather as the built-in ones were like those of the first mobile phones). The strong points are the emergency button and the fairly good battery. Overall, it is average but especially for Panasonic, it is probably disappointing.

Περισσότερες δυνατότητες προσαρμογής των ειδικών πλήκτρων πάνω-κάτω 3. Ευκολότερη προσαρμογή στις επιλογές (πρώτα επιλέγεις και μετά επιβεβαιώνεις ότι επέλεξες για να αλλάξει η επιλογή!!) 4. Περισσότερα και δυνατότερα ringtones (έπρεπε να κατεβάσω από το internet ringtone για να εξυπηρετήσω τον παππού καθώς τα ενσωματωμένα ήταν όπως των πρώτων κινητών τηλεφώνων). Στα δυνατά σημεία το πλήκτρο ανάγκης και η αρκετά καλή μπαταρία. Γενικά είναι μέτριο αλλά ειδικά για Panasonic μάλλον απογοητευτικό.

- High consumption, with zero use it needs to be charged every 2 days (a Nokia 10x I had before lasted a week!)
- Volume 1 out of 5 on the radio is annoyingly loud (good for the deaf of course)
- Relatively difficult menu
- There doesn't seem to be a way for SMS reception to be either silent or make a beep. I've been looking for it for 2 years now... if it exists somewhere, I'll take it back and refer to the previous observation...
- Expensive compared to other similarly basic functionality phones like Nokia, Alcatel

- Κατανάλωση, με μηδενική χρήση θέλει φόρτιση κάθε 2 μέρες (ένα Nokia 10x που ειχα παλιότερα έφτανε βδομάδα!)
- το 1 στα 5 volume στο ραδιόφωνο είναι ενοχλητικά ψηλά (καλό για κουφούς βέβαια)
- Σχετικά δύσχρηστο menu
- Δεν φαίνεται να υπάρχει τρόπος να είναι η λήψη SMS είτε αθόρυβη είτε να κάνει ένα από "μπιπ". Το ψάχνω 2 χρόνια τώρα...αν υπάρχει κάπου το παίρνω πίσω και παραπέμπω στην προηγούμενη παρατήρηση...

I bought it for my elderly mother who has no relation to technology - mainly because of the large buttons. It does its job just fine and has a remarkably good battery.
To πήρα για την ηλικιωμένη μητέρα μου που δεν έχει καμία σχέση με την τεχνολογία -κυρίως- λόγω των μεγάλων πλήκτρων. Κάνει μια χαρά τη δουλειά του και έχει αξιοσημείωτα καλή μπαταρία.
