The cutter and the needle-nose pliers were fine, the tweezers needed a bit of force to open and close. I have the same brand and it doesn't have this issue, so it's probably on sale for this reason. If you find it on sale, it's better to buy them separately. I don't doubt the quality of the brand, I have other products from them and they have been good so far, but this one seems to be a bit more difficult to use
