Only Noctua. That's all I have to say. Where do I even begin to talk about this cooler? Appearance? This matte stealth black is a dream. Build quality? It doesn't get more premium than this. It's definitely overkill for my processor (10400), but I wanted it and I got it. And I don't regret it.
In stress tests, I saw a few degrees lower compared to the Pure Rock 2 that I had (25C idle, 58.5C stress test). I haven't tested it in games yet. As for ease of installation...piece of cake.
And it comes with a ton of accessories, extra black rubber pads, mounting brackets for a second fan, a low noise adapter, and a whole tube of Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste! Completely satisfied!
UPDATE: In games, temperatures max out at 47.5C. What have you done, Noctua!!!!
UPDATE 2: 11/19/2022 I replaced the stock fan with the NF-A12x25 chromax.black without any particular reason. Of course, for a few more euros, I would have gotten the U12A, but that's what happens when you don't think before you buy. Anyway, the cooler is the best. I changed the default fan curve and set it to 800 RPM at idle. It's not audible at all inside the PC, and I also have 5 other Noctua fans in the 4000D Airflow. (The photos are from the Pure Base 500, which I just replaced.)
The result? 19C degrees at idle! With an average of 22-23C...35-39 in gaming, compared to the 60 it reached with the Pure Rock 2.
These things are unbelievable!

The second product from Noctua that I bought (after 3 intake fans for the case) and realized that this company is indeed top in what it does!

The packaging is impeccable, its installation is really easy and the total black that Noctua did in the Chromax series should have been done here for many years as it looks perfect.

No RGB or gimmicks, it is a very high-quality cooler that does exactly what it advertises.

I installed it on Ryzen 7 3800X, as I said with minimal screws. Coming from the Wraith Prism that the processor came with, I was initially shocked at how quiet it is! It's really day and night! The same goes for performance, of course. It's not as good as the NH-D15 (which competes with water cooling in performance but is somewhat huge), but for its size, it is very powerful. I already see a drop of about 10 degrees compared to the Wraith Prism I had.

In my setup, I added a second fan (because why not!) but I think it doesn't really need it and it will easily cover you with just one.

Considering that I paid almost 90 euros with the second fan, you can't really call it cheap, but it's worth every penny. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!

The quality seems excellent as soon as you hold it in your hands, the black color they have used is truly beautiful. It includes a whole tube of Noctua paste and a screwdriver, while it also supports AM4 out of the box. I have it on my desk, it is completely silent at idle with 600-700 RPM, while at around 1200-1300 RPM when I have it set for gaming, the airflow noise is barely noticeable, in no way annoying and definitely not audible if you wear headphones. The installation is really a piece of cake, unlike the 212 black that had shaken my faith a bit. In terms of temperatures, with the stock cooler on a Ryzen 5 3600, I had 45-50 degrees at idle and reached 80-85 degrees while gaming in the summer. With the Noctua now in the winter, I am at 30-35 degrees idle and in gaming, in BF1 which reaches 80% usage, I saw up to 65 degrees max, which can drop even further if I increase the fan speed, which goes up to 1500 RPM. Overall, I am very satisfied, if you find it close to 60 euros, it is definitely worth it and more. Now, for around 70 euros, there are certainly better options, if you find the NH U14S at a similar price and it fits in your case, then maybe I would go for that. Overall, Noctua with its 6-year warranty, which also sends you a free bracket for future platform support, I believe they are worth the extra money compared to the competition.

After 3 months, I have a complete opinion on this specific cooler.

Positives:
1 --- Incredible performance (Ryzen 3700x 4.4Ghz ALL CORES 54C no matter what game I played, and in Prime95 two hours stress test Max 67C and the fan at 43% couldn't even be heard properly that it was working)

2 --- Installation (I will talk about AM4, the bracket is made in a very practical/smart way that it is impossible to damage the motherboard, the pressure it applies to the motherboard is in a way that it does not distort it, unlike some others that "force" the motherboard to have a slight curve)

3 --- Appearance (I have gone through several coolers in my hands but what Noctua did here with the chromax does not exist in any other cooler)

4 --- Noise/Fan (In idle, it works at only 18% at 400RPM 33-36C package temp. It cannot be compared to liquid cooling as a former owner of H80i v2)
