The book VISION – PHILOSOPHY – PLANNING of goalkeeper training is a comprehensive guide for organizing goalkeeper training.

The first chapter deals with the vision and philosophy that should govern training. It follows the analysis of the structure of football and the organization of a football team, elements that the goalkeeper coach must consider, as well as the differences between the first team and the youth teams.

Next, a detailed description of the planning that goalkeeper training should have is provided, with particular reference to the microcycle, mesocycle, and macrocycle of training.

Finally, 19 training units are presented to enrich the training. Particular emphasis has been placed on the detailed description of all exercises to make them easily understandable for coaches.
