    Very good material, fries almost without oil. I am quite satisfied with this piece. However, its main disadvantage is the handles that cannot be touched after 2-3 minutes on the fire. I had noticed it in the photo before buying it, but I didn't believe they would be so exposed. I thought they would have some kind of insulation. It is also somewhat small, it can barely fit two eggs. But for small sautés, it is "perfect."
