The A1005 from Sirui is a 5-section aluminum tripod weighing 1.2 kg. The aluminum legs fold back 180°. With the central column fully extended, the tripod can reach a maximum working height of 140 cm.

The load capacity is 10 kg, making the tripod suitable for professional DSLRs with large telephoto lenses. The hook at the bottom of the central column allows for hanging a small sandbag or camera bag for stabilization.

The variable leg angles allow the tripod to have a minimum height of 26 cm, while the central column is reversible, allowing for close ground access.

A useful feature is that the tripod leg detaches and converts into a monopod, with the option to increase the height of this monopod by adding the central column.
