Completely fake. You can't make any dough, not even with half a kilo of flour. It's not stable at all, it jumps around and the noise it makes is unbearable. Like a jackhammer or worse. When it works, the dough sticks to the top part where the attachments go in. There are several grooves there and the dough gets inside. It's hard to clean. In a few words, the worst kitchen machine. A waste of money. It's not worth even 50€

Completely fake. On the first use, the cutting disc gear broke, and after months, we managed to have it replaced as it was still under warranty. Their authorized partner, while telling us it is in Italy and the spare part will arrive after a month, told us there is a shortage and it needs to be ordered. Overall, both in terms of construction and representation, they convinced us to never be influenced again by the once good name of Kenwood. The plastic of the blender is full of cracks and ready to break... Laughable quality, if we used it more regularly, logically it would have already been recycled.

After a first purchase of the device, which was replaced because it stopped working, they sent me a new one. During the preparation of hummus, the components got stuck, it was impossible to disassemble, and I had to throw away the food. It is a cheap product, no comparison to the old American devices! Money wasted!

I trusted the name Kenwood, but for this specific model, I was greatly disappointed. While it is well-built with good quality materials in its components, when it is in operation, it dances like crazy and is definitely not suitable for dough, even though it has the capacity for it, but only for cakes. You feel like it's going to explode or burn from the strain. What's the point of buying a branded machine if I can't comfortably knead half a kilo of bread? Perhaps the other models of the company do not have this problem. In conclusion, if you go for this brand, choose a different model.

I have used it 5-6 times and the circuit board burned out. Repair cost is not worth it!!! I used to make a cake occasionally and it burned. The warranty does not cover this.

I had it and I gave it away. It danced like a ballerina. My anxiety with every use of it was that it wouldn't dissolve. One time I left it alone for a while and it fell off the counter. !!

The worst mixer of all time!!!! In 3,2,1 you think it will take off, the top part dances on its own and makes sounds like a octopus farting! The manufacturer doesn't mention anywhere that the mixer can only handle liquids! I tried to make a sweet bread with the appropriate attachment (hook) and the mixer started acting like possessed, when I put it in front my mom thought I was doing it like that!!!!!

On the third use, the bottom of the bucket came off. I called the service and they told me that it was my fault for not using the correct accessory. Also, you can't even make bread or cake batter without it shaking so much. It's a shame that I was influenced by the advertising on TV shows. Terrible construction, terrible cooking result. I will come back with a photo of the bottom. Do not buy it.

If someone wants to make dough for bread, it is unsuitable. Not to mention that you have to stop it every 8 minutes during its construction to let the motor cool down. In the dough for bread, the whole top part shakes as if it's about to take off. I would give the money and more for something better
