I sent it back and they told me it was ok and to read the manual. I had tried it directly in the socket without an extension cord and it didn't work, I was turning the switch (which is also small and inconvenient) and nothing happened, so I don't know what they're talking about.
    Obviously, I can't comment on how well it works but be careful if you want to easily switch from blowing to suction, it's inconvenient. It requires disassembly and reassembly which takes time.
